He immediately offered to assist me in finding the best-sized and most cost-effective box for my shipment. As I began packing, he briefly helped a few other customers, and when the line cleared again, he came right back to assist me--especially when it became clear I was struggling to keep the box shut and tape it properly! A lot of people walk into that store a bit lost (I saw a few today--and was definitely one of them), but Jas was consistently kind, patient, and helpful with everyone. I left with tears of gratitude.
