The five stars here are for the manager Anastasia and the assistant manager (I don't know her name - medium brown curly hair). They both work so so so hard to keep this place running and to elevate the customer experience in every way they can. They work the terminals themselves, hurrying between the back sorting area, the passport area, holiday mail, express mail bins, and everything else, sometimes while being berated stingingly by disgruntled customers. They deserve five stars for all they do to service NB customers! Thank you to the Camelback leadership!

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. It was tricky because it was for an Australian passport not an American passport, and the dimensions were different than the standard but he had the ruler out to make sure my head measurement was perfect and everything was just right. If they care so much about the details of a passport photo I would assume anything that goes through here will be in very good hands. :)
