One example of no scan.
Nova ..

This place losses your packages and doesn't even scan them so they cant be held accountable. Two packages have gone missing in less than a month. Bunch of crooks!

Business and passport hours.

I've never seen worse customer service in my life. Specifically Frank who works at the front.

The Livescan was done quick and efficiently also. Definitely a pleasant experience and left me feeling very satisfied and positive. He also handled several "regulars" in between my transactions to not keep them waiting and who had simple requests - totally fine by me and actually great customer service since what I was requesting was pretty involved. Great place, and thankfully not just out to grab money from you.

He was helping someone else out first which I understand but just kept yelling for me to wait a few more minutes. Meanwhile, he got a delivery or something in the back room and he kept going back-and-forth while he was finishing with the lady before me. Seemed very discombobulated and confused. Kept walking by me making eye contact, but not saying anything about him ready to help me yet. There was already so I'm behind me at this time and it was very awkward. Finally, I gave him my two hats and the QR codes, but he kept trying to scan the hats. I was trying to explain to him that it does not require to scan the hats just a QR code. He was getting frustrated because he couldn't scan it and when I was just rudely saying this is not his fault. Finally it scanned and still didn't say anything about being done so I was still awkwardly standing there then when I asked if that's it, he just really said yeah, like he was annoyed. This was one for return, but I would never go to the store for any service ever again

Everyone here is amazing! The service and quality is exceptional, and I've never had a bad experience. They also offer some of the best pricing for printing in the area. Whenever I go to pick up or drop off mail, I am greeted warmly, and asked how my day is going. It's just so nice! Not many places are like this anymore, and I truly value the commitment to service, the kindness, and the pricing of their services. I get such a great deal on the PO Box that I almost feel bad! They seem really committed to the community, and I honestly hope they never go anywhere, because it would be a huge loss to the Village, and the surrounding community as a whole. During an exceptionally trying time the owner did a kindness above and beyond just being a good human being. It may sound corny, but they put some faith back into humanity for me. I walked out of their establishment with my mother crying because she was so moved by their generosity and kindness, it's something in this day and age the world is sorely missing and I just needed to mention it and say Thank you so much for what you did. It might have seemed small, but it was just so big to us, and mad a really hard time just a little lighter. So aside from great service and great value, the people here are just great People! So do yourself a favor and go to the Village Postmark for your mailing and PO Box needs

I have been a regular customer of this UPS Store in La Verne and have used this location many…read moretimes, which makes today's experience especially disappointing. I came in to return two Amazon items and learned that these particular returns required printed labels. I was told the store could print them for a fee, and when I asked about the cost, I was told it would be $3.50 or I could simply print them at home and come back. I said that was fine and that I would do that. The issue came when I was then told that one of my returns could not be shipped back in the clear bag it arrived in and would need different packaging. I pointed out that the item had actually been shipped to me in that exact bag and showed the original shipping label still attached to it. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, the employee shrugged, rolled her eyes, and responded with an attitude. When I called out the unnecessary attitude, a gentleman came over and asked if he could help. I asked if he was the manager, and he told me he was the owner. I explained that there was clearly a need for customer-service training. At that point, the employee actually responded, in front of the owner, "You gave me attitude first." That response pretty much summed up the entire problem. Customers may misunderstand a policy, question a charge, or ask why packaging that was acceptable for delivery isn't acceptable for a return. An employee can explain those things politely. Rolling your eyes, becoming defensive, and arguing with a customer is entirely different. What was most disappointing was that this happened in front of the owner and there was no meaningful attempt to correct the situation or de-escalate it. Businesses spend a great deal of time and money earning customers and building loyalty. It can take one interaction like this to lose one. After regularly choosing this location, I will not be returning. There are simply too many other places to do business where basic courtesy and professionalism are still considered important.

As I was printing my docs, an elderly Hispanic couple walked in. They did not speak English. The gentleman who was kind to me previously was now very rude and impatient and was borderline yelling at these customers. What they were asking for was not difficult to understand. Mind you they are legal residents (not that it freaking matters) I know because they were there to make copies of their green cards. Anyway the worker offered very little support and then walked away. Keep in mind the store is empty. It's just me and this couple. I finish printing. They stood there looking confused so I helped them super quick they only needed a total for 4 pages printed. Do better FedEx. Hire people with a sense of decency. Dude literally went to vacuum a spotless carpet while I walked them through the process and helped them. Took me two minutes. Bro high key came off mad xenophobic. Unacceptable service from my perspective. Won't be back.
