I drop my phone for repair and they gave me a X amount and after my phone was repaired that gave me different amount. Not just that they gave me different amount they used different color part on my phone which didn't look good. The guy gave me excuses for the level of service they provided. This was not a good experience in here. Only concern brings up is that looks like this shipping place is giving a little section to this phone repair guy and the phone repair is not giving a good service and sooner or later the phone repair will put negative impact on the good shipping service. I would not recommend anyone to this phone repair.

She's a Manteca local and took the time to compare pricing with Staples, Office Depot, and other printing options to see what she could realistically do for me. What impressed me most was how much she was handling at once. While helping me with my printing order, she was also taking care of other customers coming in with packages, boxes, shipping, and purchases, and she kept everything moving. You can tell she's a hardworking small-business owner who knows how to multitask. We even went back and forth on pricing. Obviously, a business can only discount so much and still make money, but she genuinely tried to work with me and get me the best deal she could instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way. She was thorough, compared options, made calls, and explained everything. What I especially respect is that her business seems to be built heavily through word of mouth. Coming from another local business that also values referrals, I appreciate that a lot. When customers recommend you because of the work and service you provided, you have to keep earning that reputation every single time. It shows that she's willing to put in the work and let her customers' experiences speak for the business. As another local business owner, I respect that. She understands what it's like to run a business, make a profit, take care of customers, and still try to help the little guy and other local businesses when she can.
