Apparently the Lead Clerk can also process passports and she is actually helpful and doesn't seem to hate her life and the world. But if you get the other agent, be prepared to be stressed out and treated like garbage. More importantly, be prepared for her to screw up your passport application and blame it on you. The crowning achievement for this location - the kiosk. This machine is almost always operational and can perform a number of quick services with very little effort demanded from you or the machine. Since its installation, the lines have truly gotten shorter and more bearable, so much so, I don't mind coming to this location at least every two days to send out my packages. Make a straight bee-line to the kiosk (it is literally situated in front of the entrance), and make your trip less stress free.
