When she messes up your passport application and you have to drive back to correct it, she does not apologize and blames you for the mistake because you dared to ask her a question while she was working. Read the reviews here and on Google about this location's passport office. Apparently the Lead Clerk can also process passports and she is actually helpful and doesn't seem to hate her life and the world. But if you get the other agent, be prepared to be stressed out and treated like garbage. More importantly, be prepared for her to screw up your passport application and blame it on you. I have no idea how she still has a job.

At the post office on 6/25, they were not out with the driver to be delivered, they were there in the building. So who knows how much longer they would have sat there. This is not an isolated incident. I am a union member for 30 years and try to support my union brothers and sisters, but this lousy service has gone on too long.
