Regardless of line length, I always find the staff to be helpful, patient, and courteous. Today, I showed up with a rather large problem and it turned out to be my own fault. Entering through the only operating door (for at least the last week), I dropped the entire batch inside. This would be a classic example of Zohran Mandami's definition of bureaucratic complacency on the part of the post office. The Merrifield Post Office is beyond disreputable and dysfunctional. My only reason for using it is convenience, but even that is becoming shaky.

It was not easy because they had to figure out the size of the boxes. They handled the packaging and labeling in my absence; I did not have to wait, making the experience convenient for me. In addition, the staff was friendly and did all that they could to satisfy me. I especially appreciated their willingness to honor a discount coupon for packaging services that I forgot to present at my initial visit. They pleasantly refunded the difference. Another less courteous establishment would have balked or only done so grudgingly. Many customers patronize this UPS store because they receive quick and efficient service. The two people working this morning were more than helpful, and I was able to just use my USB drive. While I was there, I noticed that they do large scale printing and mailings. That caught my attention because we are in the initial stages of planning our wedding. The two works were exceptionally nice and I wanted to give them credit foe that. They also have a FAX machine which I know for sure I will need at some point in 2025. Without fails, there is always a bank or other lending institution that requests faxes documents, instead of emailing the normal way. I appreciated the help and we'll return back here to get more information about the wedding invitation prints.
