Today I was there during lunchtime and had to mail a package registered mail. I didn't have anything but what I was going to mail. I had to buy all of my packing materials, box, tape and bubble wrap. I was there for about a half an hour while I packaged up and made sure that everything was correct. In mailing my package, on 3 separate occasions I had to ask to borrow some things in order to effect my mailing. I asked for a black marker, paper tape and a wet sponge in order to wet the paper tape; on all 3 requests they were very helpful. When I was ready, I went to the front of the short line and then Rick helped me out with great customer service. Throughout my entire time there, people came in and were helped very quickly. I didn't see any lines at all except for about 30 seconds. I will visit this Post Office again because the staff here is very helpful, courteous and always wear a smile. read more

This place sucks! I've gone to the Brea location and recently to this one and it's literally two totally different worlds! The Brea location has such nice employees who are ready and willing to help and answer questions for you. I couldn't have happier leaving that location when I mailed my package considering I don't ever mail anything, so I wasn't sure what I should be doing. Then I decide to go to my neighborhood one and the woman behind the counter was initial very rude with the woman she helping before I got to her. I can't remember her name, but she was short and slightly heavy, with short grayish hair. Complete bitch. I was trying to ask her questions, and she one give a crap answer and was trying to have me step aside. I grabbed my package and left. Unfortunately, I needed to go back since I wasn't in the area for the brea location, so fast forward a week and I go in to mail it off, and the woman asks me what I need to do. I told her I needed to mail this box off, but I just needed to tape it shut on one side. She told me I had to buy a roll of tape. Now I don't know about anybody else, but this is ridiculous to me. I'm not going to spend 4 or 5 dollars on that giant tape roll they offer, for the two strips I would need to take my box together. She had a tape dispenser with tape in it behind the counter and wouldn't let me use that one. The Brea location gladly taped up my box for me, no charges, and didn't try to make me buy tape for the box. It's small things like this and a smile that make the experience for the customer. Which is why this location is terrible! I will not be returning back to this location. Rude attitudes and unwillingness to help. What a joke. read more

The post office really needs to review their mail carriers. I've received, on multiple occasions, stacks of mail that don't even belong on my street--not even for a close neighbor. I wonder what mail of mine has gotten delivered to someone else's house. There is a new system that the post office is NOT advertising where you can monitor what mail you are supposed to be receiving that day. It's a great idea, but it's also alarming because again I did not receive my mail and when I call to report it, I am put on hold for over an hour and then they close. Informed delivery daily digest from the USPS website. Mail carriers have to be held accountable for not doing their job correctly. read more

This post office is probably the best in Corona by far. I have never had a problem with this location. The staff is very friendly and I always get what I need to get done fast and easy. Highly recommend this post office! read more

This Post office has a good amount of parking. The staff is so so, some are great others not so much. Usually they have a few people available so lines move at a good pace. Lunch time and afternoons are terrible! So avoid going around those times if you wanna get in and out. read more

I don't come to the post office often but when I do I dread it because I feel Completely Lost and don't know where to start my mailing process. Coming in here they had a woman greet me before I even had to figure out what counter or station to start at. She asked me what I wanted to do and pointed me in the direction of where to Find out the box I needed and a quote On the price. A very smooth transaction to say the least. In addition I noticed that the staff knows The majority of the customers names and asked about their family, dog, etc. So friendly! I don't hope to visit here often but if I ever Do, I won't be so intimidated or dread the trip. read more

I went about 3:45 on a Monday and it was busy! In addition to the counter, they had an assistant at the self-service machines (there are 3 machines) and he was very helpful. I don't normally send packages and so I didn't know exactly what to do, I asked about a box, and the assistant looked at the gift I was sending and recommended a giant envelope instead, saving me at least $7, he then walked me through the purchasing process and got it sent off. I was in and out in about 10 minutes even though it was so busy because the assistant was so helpful. read more

I usually don't have a problem coming to this post office, but today I felt really uncomfortable. I went up to Noel and asked him a few questions and he cut me off mid sentence. Then, when I handed him my mail, he was literally tossing it around on the counter. He didn't smile, he didn't try to make small talk, and he had the biggest frown on his face. Not to mention he was really rude to his coworker when his coworker had asked him a question. I felt really uncomfortable, as if I did something wrong. Noel didn't even say "thank you" or "goodbye." We paid for the mail and that was it. I don't know if I want to come back to this post office after this horrible customer service. Our mail is delivered to a mail room which has our box plus parcel boxes to make it easier for the delivery person. When we receive parcels that can be scrunched into the box the delivery person does that. So we complained. Now he leaves a note to pick up at the post office. I guess either he wants to keep the parcel lockers new or it is to inconvenient to use the parcel boxes or revenge (probably). read more

Rick is a real piece of work. Such terrible customer service with zero respect for his customers. I don't know if it's because I'm younger, so he thinks he can treat me differently or if he just simply could care less about anything. He firstly got upset with me because I made a mistake on an address after I kindly apologized, he never asked how I wanted to ship my items, and then he proceeded to not ask me if any of my packages were fragile before THROWING them into a far away bin, which all of my packages were fragile.. he gave me attitude with every single word that came out of his mouth and then agitatedly waited for me to pay without even giving me my total, so how on earth was I supposed to pay?? I continuously apologized for my mistakes and not understanding him when he thought I could read his mind. Such an angry man. For the last 3 months I have had problems with this post office. The carriers has delivered 7 packages to different addresses. I tried calling this office and all I get is they will look into it and never contact me again. I called the USPS main number and they said they will escalate the problem. I speak to the supervisor at this office and he says he will talk to the mail carrier and have them put a pink card with my mail each day to insure they are making sure they are double checking and delivering to the correct address. This did not work either! This post office care nothing about the costumer and pays no attention to their supervisors at all. Nice to know while so many are out of work, people with jobs do half ass work of it. read more

I never had any problem at this location . Always fast services I got from this postal location. Sometimes lines get too long if you go during lunch time and in the evening atriums 4-5 pm. Besides that everyone works there are friendly and always helpful if needed. read more

Very quick, I love the fact that i can be in and out in a very short period of time. The store seemed clean for how busy it was buy I feel it could have used some air freshener. I would have loved to increase the rating but the prices are outrageous! I may return if i have too. read more

The postal worker who delivers our mail always screws up. I have received many other people's mail. I ordered some clothes and the person I purchased them from did everything correctly.... but the mail carrier DIDN'T!! The mailman delivered my package to the wrong mailbox and now I'm having a hard time getting anyone to take responsibility for it. I'm not asking for much, just maybe my money back since I won't be able to replace the shirts I ordered. I have been going into the post office since April and still haven't been able to get Teresa the manager to call me, yet many people have taken down my information and said she would contact me. Everytime I come to this post office it is a long wait. I'm currently standing in line right now and have been for 20 minutes and I'm second in line. The lady came to the window and then left again. This is the worst USPS in U.S. history. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I mailed a letter last Friday morning through the self-service kiosk since they weren't open yet and put it through the slot. I called today(mon) to ask why the tracking still shows electronic acceptance since Friday morning and a lady said she would call me back and try to look for it and that I was supposed to place letter in big drop box not the slot. Surprise surprise, no call back so I drove there after work and spoke to a guy initially who said, "It doesn't matter where you put it, we don't keep anything here and we sent it." I ask someone else a few moments later because they're pretty good with updating tracking info day to day, (it turned out to be the lady I spoke to on the phone), first thing she says is, "I couldn't find it." So I asked if it's possible it still went out of the facility and she replied, "yeah." Absolutely zero confidence in these people, no help. . No direction, suggestions, or anything.. Horrid customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this USPS, seek your business elsewhere.. read more

Terrible. They lost my insured package, then after being given a bunch of runaround I am told they wouldn't reimburse for the lost shipment despite having it insured. They also didn't reply to my messages or when I notified them that the mailman continues to deliver the wrong mail. Careless. read more

This is the lamest post office I have ever encountered!! Stop your mail for vacation and you NEVER get it restarted (on the date you had asked for it) without filing a complaint on USPS.COM. Even then, some lame assed manager will call and give you B.S. excuses. Other than our regular carrier Tim, the rest of these clowns couldn't find their butt holes with a funnel!! This post office gets mix reviews, sometimes it is good service, others times it is indifferent or worse. The problem is no one in authority really cares. These are government workers with a public employee union - which says it all. As long as they can fog a mirror they can work for the post office. My advise is avoid this PO. Drive to another location to mail your letters or boxes. Better yet stop using the USPO. Bill pay on line and use Fedex. That is what I have done but I can not stop others from mailing things to me. If the PO goes out of business, they have no one to blame but themselves. read more

Going to complain about a mail carrier, not my regular one as he is great. I looked out the window and saw mail truck with female pull up to box and put mail in. About an hour later I took it out and there was a card saying "sorry we missed you" WHAT!!!! that lazy woman made no attempt to get out of her truck...walk the 20 steps to my front door and ring the bell. When I first came to this post office, I didn't know what was going on here. So rude to the point with hostile eyesight. It is never seen anywhere to other post offices I had been to. These low evaluations astonish me. I have been going to this post office on California for over 10 years and I find it one of the best post offices I have ever been to. The staff is courteous and efficient. The lines move quickly (unlike the Perris post office where people should erect tents in line). There is nothing I can criticize. It is a wonderful post office with a great staff. Oh, sorry, there is one thing I could criticize--the outdoor landscaping (or lack of it) stinks--but this has nothing to do with the post office itself. read more

Called several times and spoke with an Alex.. you can tell he likes his job, eh somewhat. Very unorganized when it comes to returning phone calls and keeping his promise to call back. Finally called back after a window period of 2 day silence.. only to speak to a woman who sounds like an employee who just shows up for a pay check. Her name was Michelle.. quite a distasteful person. I hope no one has to deal with her. I have had better service from 17 yr old employee at McDonald's. Maybe she should quit and give someone else who needs/wants a job. What would have been a 2 minute claim filed on the phone (my information was already pulled up) took me 25 minutes online because of my bad internet connection. Worst service ever! Have been calling for two days with no answer! Had to drive down there and two people just immediately told me to go to window without even knowing what I needed and when I finally got to the window was assisted by what was even worse service by who ended up being the Supervisor of all things....Israel he said was his name who had guaranteed go get to the bottom of my "misplaced" package and would call me back even though he never asked my name, I had to tell him, "don't you want my name and info"? This post office is on the newer side of Corona near Home Depot. Lines get kinda long hear and parking is gets busy, though not as busy as the Grand Blvd PO. This PO does not have Passport Service. read more

They have been offering better service the last few times I have been to this location. I am glad they seem happier and more will in to help it's always more pleasant to do business with someone who is nice and polite and willing to help.
