Kathy, Thank you so…read moremuch for your help! I had a package sent to me via General Delivery that had a delay in it due to the weather during transit. When I first arrived and told Kathy (Lead Clerk) about my package, she let me know to give the Post Office a head's up the next time that way they know a package is on the way and to hold it. She looked around and she didn't find my package. She ended up giving me the information to the Post Office it was previously scanned at and told me to contact them and their supervisor to see if it was still there. I got to my car and was actually on the phone dialing the other Post Office and looking up their address when I looked up to see Kathy waving me down to come back to the Office. I gladly came back in hopes that maybe she did find it after all. I got the door and she said "I found your package!" Oooweee was I happy!!!! Not only did it save me ANOTHER trip to ANOTHER Post Office, but I also received some very kind and helpful advice going forward with my mail from Kathy. Thank you so much!!! 5/5!

The clerks are doing what they can to keep the line open, asking mini services they can preform if there is a hold up with their current client. I have to say too that the public needs to be mindful of the people around them and should conduct all of their finished packaging and mail writing before entering the line... or at the very least before the service desk. I'm able to get in and out of this post office in five minutes because I utilize the advancements they put in place to make our lives easier. Like the self service kiosk, and creating my labels at home... people just aren't willing to advance with society. This isn't the early 2000s where you stand in line to ship every single little thing. This post office is also open an hour earlier than listed on Google maps/Apple Maps. I utilize that hour almost every morning. I just walk right up to the self service kiosk, scan the QR code on my phone, it prints the label for me and I put it in the drop box. It's insanely frustrating, watching a bunch of people in La La Land around you acting clueless.

The Annex is actually an industrial facility, sharing the same entrance with Miller Supply. You need to ring a bell to summon help. Things went smoothly once a staff showed up. He took my notice, went inside, and came back a few minutes later with my envelope. I complained about waited over a week for requested redelivery, he suggested I file a official complaint on the USPS website. Overall, I was happy to pick up my mail before it's returned to sender.
