When I first arrived and told Kathy (Lead Clerk) about my package, she let me know to give the Post Office a head's up the next time that way they know a package is on the way and to hold it. She looked around and she didn't find my package. She ended up giving me the information to the Post Office it was previously scanned at and told me to contact them and their supervisor to see if it was still there. I got to my car and was actually on the phone dialing the other Post Office and looking up their address when I looked up to see Kathy waving me down to come back to the Office. I gladly came back in hopes that maybe she did find it after all. I got the door and she said "I found your package!" Oooweee was I happy!!!! Not only did it save me ANOTHER trip to ANOTHER Post Office, but I also received some very kind and helpful advice going forward with my mail from Kathy. Thank you so much!!! 5/5!

The clerks are doing what they can to keep the line open, asking mini services they can preform if there is a hold up with their current client. I have to say too that the public needs to be mindful of the people around them and should conduct all of their finished packaging and mail writing before entering the line... or at the very least before the service desk. She didn't even stop and see if she caused any damages. She sped away. The parking lot has a lot of dead angles where people who shouldn't be driving come and go. Ahhh the beauty of Irvine shines through here quite brightly. It's not so much because of the poor service rendered by the actual postal workers that makes this location so terrible. It's the behaviors of the customers that causes a lot of delays and frustration. I am still experiencing secondhand embarrassment days later. Some are not the most prepared with their stuff before their turn. Like not having the address needed to send the package. As always, there's always someone who tries to haggle, complain about the prices, or try to get the whole transaction redone to switch to a cheaper no frills option. It's honestly astonishing to me how little concerns those expensive car driving people have for others once inside. Very low class and one of many reasons why I absolutely abhor Irvine area anything. Talking loudly on the phone and failing to realize it's their turn for example. Or trying to cut in line even though there's a long line of people. My goodness. I am just gonna stick with my neighborhood postal office. The amount of stress incurred by coming here is not worth it.

I stepped to the side and filled out the necessary paperwork and bypassed the line and handed paperwork to Lourdes as she instructed me to do. The line is now at 12 people. Lourdes is the only employee at the window and she still manages to be kind and professional by stating "thank you for waiting."

My package was inaccessible for an entire week until I could take time off to come to the post office, where I then had to wait over an hour in line just to drop the key off to hopefully retrieve it. This is extremely inconvenient and completely avoidable. Please stop placing packages in Mailbox E until the lock is repaired or the key is replaced. This issue has happened multiple times already, and needs to be addressed.

The Annex is actually an industrial facility, sharing the same entrance with Miller Supply. You need to ring a bell to summon help. Things went smoothly once a staff showed up. He took my notice, went inside, and came back a few minutes later with my envelope. I complained about waited over a week for requested redelivery, he suggested I file a official complaint on the USPS website. Overall, I was happy to pick up my mail before it's returned to sender.
