I went to the drive up mailbox at 1941 California Ave Corona,California of the USPS this morning to drop off my mail and found mail hanging out of the box. I tried pushing the mail back into the box with no success. I called every phone number I could find only to be hung up on after making my selection a dozen times. I would like to know why this country can spend billions of dollars on wars,ballrooms, pools, arches, MMA fights and can't find someone to empty the mailbox when it's full. REALLY SAD! read more

This is now the third time my mail carrier has left a package in a mailbox that does not open. The key that's repeatedly placed in my box for Mailbox E on San Marino Ct. does not work, which means my package ends up stuck for days. My package was inaccessible for an entire week until I could take time off to come to the post office, where I then had to wait over an hour in line just to drop the key off to hopefully retrieve it. This is extremely inconvenient and completely avoidable. Please stop placing packages in Mailbox E until the lock is repaired or the key is replaced. This issue has happened multiple times already, and needs to be addressed. read more

This is the second time I have had a package incorrectly delivered to a different mailbox, and since the tracking states it was delivered, USPS will do nothing for me or the individual sending the package. They have Gps coordinates so they can see where it was dropped but if it is in the general area they will say it was delivered correctly even though it is clustered mailboxes and parcel lockers - of course it's going to be in the general same area! I've never experienced such a lack of competence since moving in to the area that this location services. Don't even try and get a hold of anyone at this location because they do not answer the phone and if they do, they pick it up and immediately hang up. I'm at a loss now with two separate incidents and zero customer service. It's very disappointing. read more

The 5 stars is for employee Lourdes. I arrived at 8:20am. The post office opens at 8:30am. I was the 4th person in line. The post office promptly opened at 8:30am. I got to the window at 8:40am. Lourdes advised me that I needed to fill out the customs paperwork which I forgot. I stepped to the side and filled out the necessary paperwork and bypassed the line and handed paperwork to Lourdes as she instructed me to do. The line is now at 12 people. Lourdes is the only employee at the window and she still manages to be kind and professional by stating "thank you for waiting." read more

Incompetent Staff. Understaffed (Only 1 at the counter). They sent my package back to sender the day after the first attempted delievery and when I did the process online to pick up. USPS should implement more rigorous hiring processes to prevent hiring these incompetent females. read more

This is no reflection of the front office staff. This post office is chronically understaffed and usual wait times sometimes exceed 45 mins. I am deaf. Don't wear Hearing Aids and walk in at 4:33pm apparently they don't take pick up people and i waited in line for 40mins. How I supposed to know? There were no signs. They drive like this is a race track here.i have kids and older people living here that have almost got ran over.there are sighns every where for 5mph and everyday I have to tell them to slow down. Finally ...after months of no mail i decided to watch and get proof that my mail carrier is stealing my packages and she puts them in the same mail box. how did i find out you ask? i finally caught her as shes leaving and had no packages in my mailbox. as i went to go get her all she does is throw attitude my way because i caught her doing the same thing last week and reported her to her supervisor. makes me not even want to order anything knowing the carriers take it and nothing gets done about it. A report will be made to the proper authorities because i am tired of having my hard earned money go towards someone elses christmas. i suggest the post master contact me so they can view the proof my carrier is stealing. Edit: 10/31/25 after speaking with the supervisor, Richard , he offered to bring back my package personally. He really has made this incident a lot smoother. The carrier still needs to be reprimanded at the highest level for theft being a post employee. edit: 11/1/25 same mail carrier. nothing was done with my complaint and now i will be taking it further since this is a federal employee and should be held to a higher standard. she now does not deliver my mail at all in retaliation for reporting her to her supervisor. shes actually super incompetent for this due to the fact i have the notification of what mail is supposed to be delivered today and she withheld it lol this is ILLEGAL. USPIS has a report as well on the carrier. shut down or not people like this should not have access to sensitive documents such as mail. get a job you can handle. read more

I've been coming here for years. They seem to be short staffed but besides that they always try to help everyone. Lately since in my neighborhood there have been a lot of break ins and vandalism on mailboxes, people have to come in to get their mail. So it has been more busy. This is the worst post office in Corona! Over an hour wait in line and only one clerk helping. When I ask why there isn't additional help at the window, it's always the same, they're on vacation or called in sick. Staff is friendly but don't seem to have a care they have a long line to call someone else to assist. No parking since everyone is in line waiting to be helped, have to circle around until there's a spot. Drive-thru mailbox is always full, with mail spilling out. How about getting an extra mailbox outside so we don't have to park and go inside. If the mailbox is full, I always go inside. Our company checks have been stolen and caused major fraud. Management seriously needs to acknowledge they are not servicing as should be and hire more clerks or make sure they rotate the clerks with time off to always have more than one or two helping. read more

I frequent post offices often because I sell my old modeling clothes and designer stuff that I got from entertainment years ago. This post office is my second one to go to when I'm near it instead of the usual one I go too. The first time I came here, the Asian lady that was helping me out was super friendly. She even gave me extra mailing labels for my priority express shipping boxes. I can't help but give her a 5 star rating! Thank you, but I forgot to ask her for her name. She was seriously nice. I always need shipping labels for the boxes and I always seem to sell a lot of stuff. I keep running out. Thumbs up to her! She was God send!!!! The 2 star rating is because this Latina girl that was super rude to me. I guess I made a mistake using duct tape for the box. She yelled at me and said "YOU CAN'T USE THIS KIND OF TAPE FOR THESE BOXES!" And she even gave me an evil look. I'm like lady... it's not like it was every rule on how to ship stuff, okay? Like goodness, you need to double check your attitude! You could've been polite and just say don't use this type of tape cause it doesn't read on the scanner. So leave it at that but don't yell at me. I ain't at fault when I don't know all the shipping rule books. You should be glad I brought my business to you. Just came to do a quick change of address and was assisted by a gentleman name Noel. He was an older Asian who honestly was very rude. His customer service was very lack full. I observed the way he was with the customers prior to me and he seems like he hates his job. There was a gal working the register next to him who was able to assist me with what I needed. Whoever runs this branch really needs to reevaluate having Noel dealing with customers. I would not recommend coming to this location due to his attitude and ungratefulness read more
