I didn't think there would be a bad Post Office till I went to this one. It just proves that when you work for the US Government Offices , you are protected. There are reasons why I thought it was the worst. -The Long Lines, pretty much proves that US Post Office don't really give a damn about their citizens if they just put two people working there. The amount of time I was waiting in line could make me play with a paddleball till I get bored, have a couple of drinks, play with my cell phone till it reaches zero, and mate with one or two females in the Post Office Parking Lot till the line gets smaller. -The people at the Post Office a racially segregated and tend to help their own people and their excuse is that they have expedited mail. Where on earth was there a sign that says expedited shipping. Not once have I seen it at the entrance and is the most stupidest excuse I've heard. There was 50% of people of the same race which I'm pretty sure they were thinking racial slurs of their own people. No wonder they removed him as supervisor. -Management is the worst. He takes way too long to attend people who are in line and give our citizens bad answers. At first I'm thinking where do they come from and why are they here. I got myself dry mouth knowing that they would take this long but to be coming up with terrible service COME ON!!!! -Of course lets not forget the people also. 75% of people should not be coming in unprepared if you are going to be holding up the line. The stupidest thing you can do is come in with a package and not knowing where you are shipping it to. Thats like trying to send a package to Santa Claus and expect to be getting presents and to the tip of the iceberg people call family members to ask where to ship it. Honestly I should just find a better solution next time In conclusion the one star involves everyone and should try to get things done as soon as possible read more

Good morning, I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly neighbor, who is a Latina woman with limited immediate family and English proficiency. Recently, she ordered a mini fridge that was supposed to be delivered via USPS. According to the tracking information provided by the company, the package was marked as delivered. However, despite multiple visits to the Compton post office on Santa Fe, we have been unable to locate the item. We have gone to the post office several times together due to the language barrier, but no one seems able to assist us. The staff appears unaware of the situation, and even the individual responsible for processing returns is at a loss. The postmaster has also been unable to provide any helpful information. Given the circumstances and lack of resolution, I am concerned that the package may have been stolen by one of the employees. Ultimately, it seems that my neighbor is out of her purchase, which was not inexpensive. We have repeatedly asked for assistance and requested that the issue be escalated to upper management, but it does not seem that our concerns are being taken seriously. This review is a last resort in the hope that it might prompt some action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. read more

I recently renewed my passport and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process was. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly from start to finish. They answered all my questions clearly, guided me through the required documents, and made sure everything was submitted correctly. The service felt efficient and well-organized, and I appreciated the positive attitude of everyone I interacted with. read more

The Compton Post Office is like everything else in Compton. Ghetto and ignorant staff who act like street people, no supplies, and rude. They don'deliver to the right address and make far too many errors. The employees are liars. I hate Compton and I hate this Post office. Sup Par. Since they are closing post offices, this should be one that gets closed. Or let the termites and wood ants eat it down. Good. read more
