MAKE SURE YOU GO IN THE MORNINGS..... Be careful because this location makes up their own lunch times for example if you go in at 1:00 there Lunch sign will say they'll be back at 2:30 So then you go in the next day at 2:30 and the sign will say they'll be back at 3:30 so this makes it difficult because I have to keep going back but honestly I get it cuz their is only one person working there so they have to make sure they cater to everyone before they go on their lunch break. I gave it 3 stars for this reason but the guy that works at the window is super nice and very friendly. He knows the biz well and anything you need he will let you know what's up. He also makes sure everyone is following the 6ft. Apart thang and masks on at all times. Post office is always nice and clean. This post office is located in front of the Compton court house their is a parking lot for the post office or street parking for 30 min. in front *TO THE POST GUY WORKING THE WINDOW I GIVE YOU 5 STARS FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THANK YOU "KEEPING IT 1 HUNNID" read more

For the second time, a package I sent through this post office was erroneously returned to me due to "insufficient postage". I sell through a website, Mercari. This company offers low, fixed rates on their prepaid USPS shipping because THEY HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT/CONTRACT WITH USPS for these rates. I use USPS-Mercari shipping labels on my parcels. This is the only post office that will not honor arrangement between the Mercari and the USPS. This unnecessarily causes problems for myself and my buyers because it delays delivery, among other things, because some postal staffer or their team at this location are incompetent. On top of that, they randomly close the location during midday business hours for the ONE person working there to take lunch. Everyone that works deserves a break for lunch and I don't have a complaint about that but why is there no one else there to cover this person while they leave for an hour (or more sometimes)? Someone from another local station could cover that person for an hour so this community isn't SOL when they themselves are trying to quickly get in and out of the post office on their lunch breaks. Formal complaint to the USPS to follow. Don't go to this location. Don't want a headache? Don't want Go literally anywhere else. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! absolute worst post office of all. Don't even waste your time coming here. Lost my package and made a million excuses as to why they couldn't deliver it. If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is terrible and the staff should be ashamed, even USPS customer service can't understand why they "couldn't deliver." Not only were they unable to deliver to the correct address but they lost the package, no where to be found. TERRIBLE. Not only do they lose your package but they are very rude as well. read more

The absolute Horrible customer service I received today by a man Named Robert. I was following up on the status of my package I called about earlier, and apparently the lady who helped me 2 hours prior had gone home for the day. Instead of helping me Roberta said that he doesn't want to double work and help me, and after back and forth and him yelling at me. He Hung up the phone. Whats up his ass? read more
