I try to give her my package only for her to look at me like I'm crazy. She told me I needed to put my package on the scale. The scale that was closer to HER than it was to me, btw. She then proceeded to tell me to quite literally "move" and show her my QR code which I already had pulled up and ready to go. Why is this lady telling me to "move" when the business literally had no line of customers and pretending like it's rush hour?? Do BETTER!

Having to deal with us customers all day long, some of which are quite unpleasant. My apartment is not easily accessible at all. Fedex has actually misdelivered an important package to a random hallway spot which was really annoying. The package was missing for days until I stumbled upon it while walking my dog. But my mail carrier Michelle always goes above and beyond to make sure that my package is received. Mistakes happen, but we under-appreciate these people. They're trying and they really do care just be patient. I've made mistakes myself as a mail carrier so I understand. But I love this place!

I like coming here for my shipping needs because I have my name in the system and it's basically a one stop shop. They ship with the commercial shipping, but also with the USPS, which is a great savings to me. They do all printing, copies, office needs, etc. And the shoppe carries all sorts of fantastic gifts in the front store display shelves, many items are from local artists. Luckily VIC found it and listen to what he did- he found the package I had sent, looked up the address of where I sent my package from, GOOGLED it, called them- and had them relay the message to me that he had found my Drivers License. So I just came back and picked it up. VIC is a life saver. We need more people like him in this World.
