First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! Sent my Grandson who lives in Tooele Utah his 10th birthday card. Had $50 bill in it. It got there a few days later , had been torn open, scotch taped back, and of course money was gone!!! 0 stars never had this many problems with a post office before. Just incompetent delivery drivers. They will mark mail as undeliverable/return to sender after hours so that you can contact no one and you will be out of luck. Can't even go retrieve the mail to correct mess ups. Package is now two days late because driver "could not access delivery location", which is a complete lie. Mailbox wide open all day, no mail truck ever came by. Obviously forgot and/or to lazy to complete their route. Tried calling the post office several times to talk to a representative about coming to pick up my order instead but it is literally impossible to get ahold of a living breathing human being. Had to send priority mail for my passport. Song was great! She went the extra mile and wrote with a Sharpie Expedite on the outside. She went through my paperwork making sure it was done correctly. Really appreciatethe attention to detail. read more

I called multiple times about the mailboxes at my apartment complexes being left open after each mail delivery. This last time i called, the woman on the phone became rude with me and began saying things slow like i was stupid. When i snapped back i was "rude and uncivil" and she was about to hang up on me. I asked to speak to someone above her and she put me on hold and never came back. Customer service is awful and obviously they don't care about their customers. Not even worth a call. read more

Just had a horrible experience with an employee at this post office! Lady has a very bad attitude and when she came back with my package she stated... "Why would anyone want to deliver a package to my door with all that's going on?" I then felt obligated as I was verbally attacked to respond. "Why would I want to be forced to come into the post office considering all that's going on!" The rude lady then handed me my package and stated " I sure hope you don't get the Corona virus!" I then responded back with "I hope you don't as well." This is a prime example of why the USPS has gone downhill completely! Lewisville, Tx. The worst. I have now had 3 packages undelivered on time. The 1st on, I had to email back and front till I finally received it. 2nd one I have called email and even scheduled never to received. The website says that it was delivered NEVER RECEIVED IT or a notification that it was delivered... BECAUSE IT WASNT. Now the 3rd package is still in limbo they stated that the mailbox was full witch it wasn't. and they will attempt tomorrow in which they haven't. I would give negative stars if it was possible. This post office is horrible. For 2 years they have delivered other people's mail to my box. Even though THEY wrote my name inside the box which would suggest they know who's mail should be delivered here. In early December I got a Christmas card to someone who does not live here and who I do not know. I marked it "return to sender" and took it back to the PO. They brought it back to my box. I called the 1800 # and filed a complaint. The manager, Angelia, called me and said they had a new carrier. Really? for 2 years? Then she laughed at me. A month later this card was put back in my box. Seriously. They marked out "return to sender" and stamped it "return to original address for proper handling". Since when is that MY job??? Lewisville Post Office on Civic Circle. Instead of making people wait in a 15 minute line to get Christmas stamps. Then get up there and tell us you do not have any Christmas stamps. I suggested they put a sign on the door that they do not have them. How hard would that be. I suggested that to the postal worker and got no response at all. read more

Always a line, but have never had any issues getting stamps or just being helped. They also have a machine you can get stamps at along with a few other services. Not sure why all the bad stars but to me it was great. read more

I had a surprisingly excellent customer service experience with this post office. A package was delivered to the wrong address and was signed for so I reached out to the post office to figure out where it went. I'm in a large office building so I assumed it was just delivered to the wrong suite. Within a few minutes they got the driver on the phone and the driver recalled exactly where he dropped it off so I was able to run upstairs and grab it. Literally within 5 minutes of calling the post office I was able to locate my missing package. Then, later in the afternoon the driver came by my office just to confirm I had received it. I had already told them over the phone I got it but he went above and beyond to confirm (and I assume to take note of the building layout). Anyways, the quick resolution and follow through were exceptional and all happened in less time than it took me to just navigate the USPS National Customer Service line phone system. read more

The personnel at this post office dont understand postal procedures and each person was giving me conflicting information regarding passports. Then, I was directed to a courthouse which did not have a passport office. I asked the post office for other branches and locations in the area and they refused to give me any phone numbers, addresses, or any other contact information for any post office in the area. This is the worst post office-- they are rude and if you call to complain the postmaster is never available and if you challenge that person who calls herself the secretary -- she will just hang up on you. So mature, Ms. Carrie....It takes them ,on average, 2 days to post a priority letter from the Coppell distribution center-- that's 8 miles away-- I could walk that in 2.5 hours. This is the post office I frequent the most when mailing out packages. Normally, the lines aren't too long. The staff works at a fairly fast pace and keeps a smile on their faces. Strange. No other post office workers at other locations ever seem happy. Maybe it's something in the water they drink. Whatever it is, it definitely makes the experience much more tolerable. There are PO Boxes for those that are interested and a self serve kiosk if you want to skip the line. read more

I sent a restricted piece of mail from Lockport New York and to do so you pay more. We will just say " the carrier" cause the post office will not reveal there name, did not do there job ( they told me this specificity) there forth it was delivered to someone else due to this and my personal information is now out there to someone I don't know? The supervisor Cedric Irvin was very unprofessional and no help what so ever, As far as the carrier I guarantee no actions have been made, even though he did not follow mail rules. I live right in the same block and I will rather drive down to flower mound post office. They don't seem to know the rules well. I had to ship a international package and need tracking. I went on line to see what service I need before hand. I told the lady exactly what I need. She was like no you can't do that, and laughed in my face. So I said fine I risk shipping with out tracking. When she finally input the information in the computers , She figure out I was right. This happens all the time they tell me I can't do something, but it turn out there wrong. I shipped in flat rate envelopes all the time they tell me can only ship documents in them. Its not true. I always leave here frustrated when I have to wait in line. Flower Mound USPS workers are so much nicer. I just purchase postage online and drop it off or have it picked up. read more

After the last visit to the USPS I feel like this location is the worst and slowest post office I've ever been. There was a line about 20 people deep on a Saturday morning. I quickly noticed that only two staff members working there. They talked to one another quite a bit, and rather loudly. They mainly commented on customer questions, instead of simply engaging with the customer and answering efficiently and politely. It was irritating me. Why people just don't work, like REALLY WORK, instead of being so slow and complained about everything. I hope they know and try to get better and professional service, or even being a little more friendly to people. read more

Terrible and rude service, none of the workers ever smile or seem happy or like they care about serving you, especially Kerry, and they move slow as molasses. If you were expecting a package to be delivered to your apartment then just forget about it because they will not even knock on your door, they will automatically leave a notice in your mailbox. I have been home every time I have gotten a notice in my mailbox, they are just lazy bum government employees! I read so many negative comments on this PO. My personal experience, and I am there several times a week mailing packages, is that they are very friendly and helpful. Yes, there are often lines, but that is not the fault of the employees. Yes, mail gets sent to my home for previous residents and I can't seem to stop them, so I just toss them. Yes, one of my packages took 19 days and made the round trip from NY to Texas two times, but that is not this office's fault. They have always responded in a positive way to my concerns and answered my questions in a pleasant manner. I wonder what attitude is projected from the griping customers has been to cause a negative response. I now know many of these people by name and they know me and we always have a pleasant greeting when I am there. This is a GREAT post office. read more

I see there are tons of bad reviews, maybe that's just in the post office, but over the phone they are wonderful. I order packages every week and it seems I had an issue with a newer mailman who didn't do his job right. I had to call twice to ask questions and needed info and they made sure to help me with my situation and the problem was resolved fast. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Our mailbox was broken into on Thur. I called them on Thur to tell them that our box was broken into & was told by (Kerry) that someone would be out tomorrow (Fri) to fix it. We waited on Friday till about 3pm to call back to see why no one had been out & if they (Kerry) knew what time it would be. I was then told from (Kerry) that she forgot to give the message to maintenance who handles the box repairs. 8/ I was then told that since it's Friday and after 3pm that no one would be out till Mon since they don't work on the weekends. Which brings me to now (Mon) after 4pm and no one has shown up. I decided to go and check the mail. I then see a bright white & red sticker on our box. Keep in mind that our box is set in with about 10 others. So, not happy at all that 1 sticker was placed on our box kinda showing (1.) the box had obviously been broken into. & (2.) singling us out. Not only that but, I was told that when maintenance came out that they would come to the door and give us the 2 new keys for the mailbox. All, he did besides putting a sticker on the box was use pliers or something to bend the door back where it will now close. This however is not acceptable! The corner still sticks out and someone can easily put the finger tips in there and just pry the box back open. Now, here I am again waiting till tomorrow when they are supposed to get back to me yet again and to tell me why the sticker was added, The door was not replaced and no new lock. This has been a huge runaround and complete BS! Kerry, is the worst customer service rep I have ever talked to! read more

I don't know if it's just me but all of my packages are damaged every time I check my mail. They are rude and condescending. They treat you like you're an idiot and have no idea what's going on. I have been using this post office for over 2 years now and I know what supposed to happen, when it's supposed to happen and yet they still talk down to me like I'm a moron. If they can't figure out how to put my packages in my mailbox without damaging them I will be going to a different post office very soon. I am tired of all of my things being damaged. I even had a package sent to me requiring a signature and they waved the need for a signature even though the whole point was so that no one else could get it but me. It was supposed to be more secure that way. Happened twice. These people need to get their act together. It should not be this frustrating to get or send mail. read more
