    "Happy Returns" via UPS…read more When you want to return items at a UPS, many UPS stores are not at conveniently ample parking locations. This one is thank the maker! Located in the Target / Costco center I was returning items to Shein via UPS WHAT WORKED WELL 1. Returns can be done at any UPS Store, which is convenient. 2. This specific UPS location was excellent: fast service, helpful staff, and no unnecessary complications. 3. The process was efficient and well-organized. 4. Employees clearly knew what they were doing. 5. Plentiful parking made it easy to get in and out quickly. HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 1. Each item must be placed back in its original Shein bag. 2. At the UPS Store, staff scan each item individually using the barcode attached to the return. 3. You receive a printed receipt with all return details for your records. 4. The entire process was quick and straightforward. 5. UPS will recycle your box or you can take it home WHAT DID NOT WORK 1. Unlike Amazon, SHEIN does not issue an immediate credit after the return is processed. 2. The delayed refund experience is the main reason 3. I will not continue shopping with SHEIN, despite the easy return logistics. OVERALL I would return items at this UPS Store including other future shipping needs due to the smooth experience and professional staff. "Efficiency is more than speed, it's follow-through."

    I've been using Leopoldo and his Dad, Leo, for about a year to move furniture for my furniture…read morebusiness. Things went pretty well at first and then I started to notice a few fibs now and then. An example of this was that Leopoldo and I had negotiated rates and I found out on a couple of occasions that he was charging my customers more than the prices we had agreed on. Not cool but I made excuses for him in my head because I didn't want to think he was lying to me. His prices are already high compared to a couple of other guys we have used very successfully but I always thought he was worth it. No more. On the last job that I gave him, I had them move a very large teak bench for one of my customers in OC. I took pictures of the bench the night before it was moved and sent the pictures to my customer. The bench had two block end legs and two support legs in the middle of the bench. The next day, the bench was picked up and delivered to my customer by Leo and his Dad. When my customer received the bench, she called and said the support legs were missing. She took pictures of the bench and the legs were gone. Before the bench left my shop the morning that the bench was picked up, I wiped the bench from end to end so I know the legs were attached. When I called Leopoldo to ask what happened to the two middle legs, he said that there were never any middle legs on the bench! He swore up and down that there were no legs on the bench when he picked up the table. Of course we built the bench so I was well aware there were legs on it when the bench left. Well, a little later in the day, Leopoldo sent me pictures of the legs! He miraculously found them under a bag in the back of his van! It was a miracle! LOL! First, I understand that stuff can and does happen when you are moving things. If Leopoldo had told me the truth...that they had broken the support legs off... it would have been no big deal. We would have made new legs and we would have gone to the customer's to install them. But, when he lied and told me that there were no legs on the bench and he assumed I was a complete moron and thought we installed legs but didn't, that didn't sit well. Then, because he lied, I told him that I wanted his insurance company to pay for new legs and for us to drive to OC to install them. He completely refused. This makes me think that he is not even bonded nor insured. I don't know this for sure but you would think he would want to have his insurance just pay the claim and put this behind him but no. Anyway, this guy is not honest at all. He could have easily fixed the situation and still had my business if he would have just told the truth. Our business has 100% 5 star reviews also. We have no reason to lie about this. If we mess something up, we own it and fix it. I'm posting before and after pics of the bench so you guys can check it all out.
