I need help and They're supposed to be able to help me But each time they leave me in a worse position then I was. I was beginning to be optimistic about the way my life was headed. I'm single-handedly. This agency has put an end to that.. Your representatives aren't trained properly.1 says 1 thing and the other says 2 other things. The people in the office. Some are nice.Yes but the rude ones are horrible and mean. Who runs this place and it's agency? You should be ashamed of yourself The people at the front door are horrible. Once the lady was finally done flirting with security she flipped a ticket at me which I had to pick up off the floor, and she literally was giggling. Next time a security guard was making disgusting comments about me as if I wasn't even there to the girl and another officer. Now when I go, I hate it because I know what to expect at that front door. That I individual needs to be moved another location and informed on decency. I mean it sincerely whoever is in charge. And for the mean and rude, people that I've come in.Contact with you should all be ashamed of yourself. When people come to you , they're not coming to you because their life is Going well They're coming to you for some help and You never know what is in somebody's mind Or the pain that person is experiencing. Shameful

The place seems spacious, although the covid think had the waiting area shut down, everyone had to wait outside, they even offer chairs for elderly people and children outside while waiting to fill out forms and drop off, took me at least an hour to fill out the entire packet, only to be told by the county worker that this program required you to be US citizen and it's a loan so you will have to pay it back, how comes no one told us at the beginning, this is weird, but the employee navigated us to another program that we might consider called CAPI, since we're already here, she proceeded to take the other application anyway, hopefully when I decided to apply for CAPI they would called me back to finish up with general relief.

Judges, lawyers and legal staff are purveyors of truth and they are supposed to be ethical and follow professional standards per the state bar. I was originally going to mediation with my ex but then she suprisingly hired a lawyer name Willim Benjamin who quickly changed our situation from amicable to nasty, dishonest smears and allegations and subordination of perjury. This guy has been a lawyer for over 40 years and in my opinion he is treated much differently in Judge Bell's E-05 courtroom than others. These guys filed for divorce July 2023 which is clearly over two years with no end in sight. In my opinion Mr. Benjamin has many reviews about the way he drags on simple cases because it is a constant source of money and for some insane reason all of our money from the sale of our house is in a trust account with this guy which makes me have to request my own money every month which hasn't gone too smooth due to all the games this guys plays. Last year we attempted to negotiate in good faith and conceded all things they wanted including money that my ex put in for a ADU. I only requested my down payment on my house back and to valuate my ex's business which was community and I offered for them to take the business and I would take the small part of my retirement she was entitled to and we could resolve this. No way was their answer. Mr. Benjamin claimed that the business was worth 0 and was just swap meet/yard sale material which was super dishonest. He claimed my ex was a one man team which also was untrue because while she was telling us that and lying in court about what she pays for mortgage she was actually building up a medical group with her colleagues and sharing the lease together. She and Mr. Benjamin then made up a lie about why the down payment was hers so they denied my request for my money back. So these two areas that Mr Benjamin wanted to not negotiate in good faith then headed to trial the next year. This should have been resolved by accepting our fair offer for the business and giving me my downpayment, which I have supporting evidence for. On day 1 of trial Mr. Benjamin and my ex show up with 0 evidence or anything supporting their claims except more lies.In my opinion this is where Judge Bell and his unprofessional and unethcial behavior begins. while I was on the stand Judge Bell began to attack me and refer to me has liar and that he couldn't visualize anything I am saying as the truth. Judge Bell continued this attack on me and did all the litigating for Mr. Benjamin. In fact Mr. Benjamin never asked me one question about this down payment sitatuion that they were lying about. Since he didn't have any evidence he bought the transcript and rested the next day from asking me anything about the downpayment. In my opinion he now had what he needed, a transcript where the Judge decided to have a viral moment and change the direction of the case instantly. While Judge Bell attacked me on the stand for thinking I was lying, which I was the only person in that courtroom not lying. I began to have a tramatic physical reaction and began to sweat, spin, get dizzy, and want to throw up and Judge Bell began to attempt to walk his attack back but it was too late. The damage was done. My lawyer at the time was super nervous about the case and she kept telling me that Mr. Benjamin is allowed to lititgate differently. I didn't know what she was talking about until it began to be obvious that Mr. Benjamin is treated much differently than others. Judge Bell allows Mr. Benjamin a very long leash and was super polite to him as was the courthouse clerk who nearly jumped out of her seat to welcome Mr. Benjamin, say good morning which was very strange. In my opinion I am not sure if Judge Bell also should check his bias towards other men of different races because he treated me so disrespecful and unethically. So Judge Bell attack on me directly benefitted Mr. Benjamins subordination of perjury where his client was lying and he knew it and put her on the stand anyways. In my opinion when a lawyer will ignore all standards and lie and cheat and put their repuatation on the line for a client it usually shows some sort of conflict of interest and I am not sure if that is in the court or outside of court with my ex's family. I feel that both Judge Bell and Mr. Benjamin need to have multiple complaints filed on them and I am going to do that. I feel that what Judge Bell did was over the top and unethical that wasn't the only thing this guy pulled in his courtroom and not the only scandelous act Mr. Benjamin continues to pull in our case. This Judge began to have a side conversation with a document guy who walked in while I was giving testimony. I stopped talking and he yells, I am listening? No one should walk in while I am on the stand.

This department has the worst documented accountability record in the entire United States. Over…read morethe last five years, they sustained just 1 complaint; meaning they dismissed 96% of all misconduct complaints. No other documented county in the U.S. has a lower record. I know, because I'm one of those dismissed voices. Officer #415 "in appropriately" assaulted me (yes I have to change that from the correct term because they auto block it), then $talked me, then stopped me four times in five days, including once outside his jurisdiction. Internal Affairs, led by Lieutenant Forster, chose to side with him instead of investigating. After that, I was stopped over roughly 20 more times in a year and a half. Not once was I arrested, because these stops weren't about crime they were about retaliation. Since moving very far away, my police interactions have been normal and professional, which proves the problem isn't policing in general it's THIS department. Now they refuse to release the records or bodycam footage or proof he shut it off during both stops claiming it's "private." But federal retention laws require that evidence to be kept for 15 years. If it's missing, that only raises more questions about what they're hiding. They have taken down my review on Facebook and will not allow anymore negative reviews. This shows how deep the rabbit hole goes. El Cajon residents deserve better. They deserve a department that serves the people - not one that protects predators in uniform.

One day I had to call the El Cajon Police Station because a woman resident who lives in this house had to report a serious crime that has happened in her previous place where she used to live at in El Cajon, CA. There were 2 police officers that came over to our house this month in April 2025. Me and another person came outside the house to talk to them. I talked to Officer Kyle Webb. Officer Kyle Webb is in charge he is the Sargent who was on duty that day. I asked Officer Webb some questions about this case that was filed against this woman who owns this Independent Living Home in El Cajon, CA. This woman owner has committed a lot of serious violations with these elderly people who are currently living in her house. There is a current ongoing investigation on her property right now. Officer Kyle Webb talked to me for about one hour that day. Officer Webb was very professional and polite when he was talking to me about this situation on this criminal matter. I usually don't like COPS but Officer Webb was very easy to talk to about this criminal investigation that is ongoing right now. Officer Webb made me feel very comfortable with him and I felt at ease with him when we were talking to each other about this case. Even though the El Cajon Police Station is a much smaller facility than the San Diego Police Station Officer Webb said they do their best to solve crimes in the order that they were received by phone calls first then by driving over to that specific house in person to write down all the evidence that is required to solve these crimes that are happening now. Both of these police officers acted very quickly and they were also very professional people and very knowledgeable and kind to me. It changed my way of thinking about police officers. I now have a more positive attitude towards police officers in general.

I haven't had the pleasure of visiting any SSA building before today, but it reminded me of mini DMV, with the lobby of chairs, a kiosk, and monitor screens displaying next in line lottery numbers. I called in to request duplicate paperwork and left the phone on speaker to run errands while waiting in the hold queue. Two...hours...later...a friendly voice greeted me and was very helpful and thorough with answering questions. While setting an SSA appointment the rep discovered an error and determined the root cause. Since their system had my phone and email info, I received reminders and information including an advance check-in weblink for when we arrived. I followed the link instructions and promptly received my ticket number before we got out of the car. There were a couple of people inside the lobby among the rows of seats towards the right when entering. The information TV screens and kiosk were to the left. Office SSA reps worked behind glass and each space provided two chairs with partitions separating customers for semi-privacy. We spent less than 5 minutes in the lobby after checking in online from the parking lot. Our SSA rep was friendly and helpful, answering questions and providing reasonable expectations of next steps after concluding the appointment in roughly 30 minutes to resolve why we needed to stop by in person. If you have an online account. I'd highly recommend taking that route, but if you must go the SSA office, be ready to endure the steps for making an appointment and be prepared with all necessary documents.
