I have been extremely unimpressed with their lack of response and professionalism. This dry cleaner ruined and shrunk a very nice dress of mine. It has now been almost three months and I still don't have an answer on insurance and coverage. At this point, I don't even know if they have insurance for when they damage items. Fast, easy, and most importantly, CLEAN! Dropped of some shirts and suits on a Monday and was asked if I wanted same day turnaround. Moving from the East coast, this seemed like a trick question. Unmmmm, "yes, is there and extra charge?" The receptionist replied, "nope." At this point I had to think for a while. Why would anyone say no to free same day turnaround? I went ahead and said yes. Picked up the clothes later in the day and everything was perfect. They separated the clothes by the type of cleaning done and I felt like they did good work. Will definitely return! read more

Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. I just started going to this place. On multiple occasions I have asked to have my payment information stored on file for automatic payment. However, they seem to be unable to do this very simple things. I was told that I would have to fill out a form which would be ready the next time I came in. I was told this on 3 separate occasions over 4 weeks. Each time the promised me that the form would be ready. Instead of being understanding, the lady argued with me saying the form would be ready the next time. It is clear they do not want my business. Update on review. In response the Nicks comment above that someone tried to reach me, I'm more disappointed. No one has tried to call me. On the past 4 times, I have been to this location, including today, no one has mentioned that anyone has tried to call. No one has even asked me for my phone number. I have not given an incorrect number. I have no idea what Nick is talking about and this seems to be completely erroneous. Rather than admitting that they mishandled the situation, they'd rather make up an erroneous excuse and post it. My phone number could have been verified at the location. If the number that the "tried" to call is incorrect, it is because someone did not enter it in correctly. This supports my complaint of their lack of accountability, poor communication, and lack of consideration. And now, rather than figure out what really happened, they just post whatever sounds good to my comment. Completely unprofessional! read more

Brought a handmade queen quilt here to be cleaned and came back smelling really bad- so bad I can smell it from across the room. The sweaters I brought here came back smelling like some kind of industrial deodorizer- like carpet cleaner. Also noticed 3 new holes on one sweater after getting it back. Other cashmere sweaters came back feeling rough and scratchy to the touch. Funny thing is I just gave in and hand washed everything (incl. all my dry clean only sweaters) and now everything is beautifully soft, smelling good, and back to normal. US Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I've been using this dry cleaner for a few months, but I'm probably going to patronize other cleaners in the future. I'll grant that the prices are reasonable enough and the service quick--next day, usually. HOWEVER: -On multiple occasions, the collar stays (those plastic bits that keep your collar straight) have gone missing from my shirts here. I pointed this out and the clerk offered some metal ones they sell for free, which is nice, but it turns out they don't fit one of the shirts that's missing the stays now. -My clothes are usually cleaned quickly and without issues beyond the collar stays missing, but I've taken my wife's clothes here a few times and there's always an issue--faded, pressed weird, etc. The kicker was last month, when I took her coat here to be cleaned. I get it back, and there is still a big, obvious food stain on the front of the jacket, along with other stains here and there. It also looked faded. I pointed this out to the clerk and asked for a refund, but I was told that they can only wash it again for free, not give a refund. Thanks, but no thanks. If you failed that badly the first time, I don't want to wait around to give you a second chance to do something that simple and basic. I took it to a different dry cleaner, who cleaned it off no problem. read more

After traveling back from a wedding, I took my brand new tuxedo to U.S. Cleaners hoping to get the article of clothing pressed. Upon picking up the tux from the cleaner, I noticed the lapel silk was scorched and the fabric was much stiffer than when I dropped it off. I went to the Mockingbird location and informed them of the issue, they pointed me in the direction of the Greeneville location to speak to the manager. At this point, I was pretty sure how this was going to play out. The manager inspected the article and stated he could fix the lapel (not true), but the material was a manufacturing defect and place blame on Hugo Boss. I took the tux back to Nordstrom and explained the situation and they mentioned that the cleaner more than likely did not follow proper instructions. For further proof, they pulled 3 identical tuxedos from the rack and we compared the tag on the inside pocket of all four tuxes. Low and behold, the tag on the original tux was much more yellow compared to the other tags - further solidifying the fact that proper care was not provided. This is the second time they have tried to skirt responsibility over ruining clothes and the last time they'll be receiving my business. read more
