Green Cleaners - Is 11:30 1 hour break? - Laundry Services Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Always took my dry cleaning there for almost a year. A regular customer as I live in the neighborhood. At the beginning of 2020 I picked up an 800 dollar sweater I got from Nieman Marcus and it was shrunk so small the bottom of it wouldn't go past my belly button. Could barely get it on or over my arms. When I took it back and said they clearly washed it instead of dry cleaned it, or did something else to it, they said they would put it in their stretch machine. I said I would still like to talk to the owner about this and they said I would get a call from the owner and I never did. Well then Covid hit and then I got stuck overseas as well so I couldn't pick it up until early fall. I finally got back, tried it on, and it was still two sizes too small and they said too much time had passed. I reminded them that the situation was remedied in time, it was already put through the stretcher within days of them shrinking it, I just couldn't pick it up until later because of Covid and being stuck overseas. They told me the owner would definitely call me and I have never received a call. I was going to go back in there and complain but now I'm just going to have to deal with the fact that they ruined an $800 sweater and have no care to fix it. I'll be telling all my friends who use this place to beware. What they did was just plain wrong. Very unfortunate and it really angers me. read more

I've been coming to Green Cleaners for years. The other cleaners I've tried in Dallas have been inconsistent about getting orders right; I never have to worry about that with Green. Their prices are reasonable, and the woman who works the front counter is, without fail, consistently cheerful, friendly, and courteous (I feel bad that I don't recall her name--she ALWAYS knows mine!) They even clean and press my duvet cover; the days of spending hours wrangling with an iron are over for me! read more

Possibly the worst cleaner in Dallas. Can you give zero stars? Back in August my blazer was ruined and the manager (maybe?) took zero responsibility and exhibited very poor customer service. Want to mention my good friend made this jacket for me so I was really upset. I asked if the owner could call and I could speak to someone to reach a solution for how to fix this. Well now it's November and no call or effort to make amends. Please don't take your valuables here and don't support this business. read more

Have been using Green Cleaners for several years now and have never been disappointed. The customer service is always on point, they call you when your item is ready (mine is often ready before the time that I was quoted), and the returned items are always packaged and handled well. Space is clean, simple, and always smells nice. Will be moving next year and will be bummed to have to find a new cleaner. Only down side to this location is the parking is sparse but there are always options around the corner for street parking if necessary. read more

I really liked this cleaner but they are not honoring the 20% Yelp coupon that is still ACTIVE on their Yelp business page. That's really inappropriate to be misleading customers with promotions and when you go to checkout they tell you they no longer honor it once you've already dropped off your items. read more

WOW.. thought a Green Cleaner would be a good idea to try, but these people are the worst. The standard of cleaning and prices are not any better than my previous cleaner in my old neighborhood, which after my most recent experience, I will now gladly drive the extra miles to frequent again. I'm not sure who the owner is but please get rid of the snide older gentleman who is frequently in-store. He was rude, unprofessional, lacks customer service and actually pretty mean - left really upset. Oh I should also mention they ruined my silk faille skirt - the fabric is a different texture now and has ripples/bubbles on the surface - didn't even know that was possible but y'all managed to do that... so that's real nice... The old dude's response was an oh well and to send me on my way. Would love to frequent a Green Cleaner but I plan to spread the word that this place is not one to support. I'll be avoiding this place in the future. I just picked up 6 shirts a was charged $24.00. They said three of my shirts has spots on them. They didn't have spots on them when I dropped them off. This is a total scam. The shirts are 100% cotton and totally washable. I don't recommend going here read more

I love the Sevice, I moved to New Orleans a little over a year ago, but I was remembered. I needed 6 pieces and even though I didn't need them done until Wednesday morning I got the in one day at no extra charge. All of the stains were removed and my clothes look great. read more

My life was flipped upside down when the Texas winter became flood waters. Everything in my home was impacted, even while I was temporarily jn a hotel, mold was growing in the walls. When I moved I realized how terribly my (Not frequently used any more) suits had the smell of stale stagnant water. I took the entire group to them and was beyond impressed that they did the whole trunk load for less than expected but also finished a day ahead of promised time. read more

Excellence every time I patronize this place!! Friendly, courteous employees who are glad you're there! Very welcoming atmosphere and great service. I have used this cleaning service many times and want everyone to know that my clothes are wonderful and crisp and clean every time I pick them up. The prices are reasonable and it is a quick turnaround. Drop off today, finished tomorrow. I've asked them on various occasions to "spot the collars" on my shirts and they come back looking fresh and clean every time. There is a miniscule charge for "environmental" but that's to protect our natural resources and it's important! So feel confident spending your neighborhood dollars at Green Cleaners. I have dropped off my dry cleaning here several times and used their on site tailor as well, and every single time I've received excellent service. They are super fast. My items have been ready for pickup the next day. Even my tailoring was ready next day, which was also well done. I'm always greeted nicely when I come in. They also communicate well with. I really appreciate that shortly after I dropped off a vintage dress, I got a call to tell me they noticed some fraying on the hem. I really like green cleaners and they definitely deserve more credit here on yelp. They are my go-to dry cleaners and tailors. read more

I took a few pairs of jeans to be taken in and they did a fabulous job. The 2 girls were really friendly and complimented my weight loss which made me feel good. The jeans were done very quickly and at a surprisingly low cost. I used to go to the dry cleaner a few blocks away which had rude service, so Im grateful to have this one run by nice people. read more

Green Cleaners is the best!They have the best service, both customer service and quality of cleaning. I am always greeted by named the women who work there are extremely friendly. They are also the best cleaners I have ever been to. I recently took in both my comforter and quit that had large stains on them and they were perfectly spotless when I picked them up. They were even able to get out stains other cleaners had not been able to before. They are also extremely prompt, even early in some cases. A must go! read more
