I finally found a place that makes a amazing chicken pesto sandwich!!!! I will most defiantly be going back time and time again

They have good food and good fun options for sandwiches and salads. Personally I feel the salads are much better in comparison to the sandwiches. The sandwiches are made with their in house made foccocia bread which is delicious but the meat portion is definitely not comparable to the amount of bread. My favorite salad is the ahi tuna salad. They dressing is so good! Kids menu options are not great. Like 3 things. Turkey sandwich, cheese pizza (on the foccocia bread), and a grilled cheese. read more

Ugh! I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this kind of stuff seems to be happening more and more with food ordered through delivery services. Ordered the Baja bowl through Uber eats (they did nothing wrong) and it was missing the avocado and the dressing. Customers can't do anything to resolve the situation as if they were in you restaurant. Fix your process to make sure things like this do not get missed. read more

Food is good, freshly prepared, and pretty tasty. Service is good too. I haven't tried the sandwiches, I've mostly been into the salads and soups that change daily. Highly disappointed! Supposedly, the Cilantro Chicken salad was to have all kinds of good stuff like corn and beans and avocado and salsa. Mine had maybe a teaspoon of each of those, a little bit of chicken, and lots of lettuce. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

I randomly came across this restaurant when I was visiting my bf in his hometown. I wanted something fresh/healthy and I some how came across Urbane! I'm glad I did! It took me all of two seconds to pick the place and it was only a 5 minute drive from where we were; if that's not fate, I don't know what is. Food was great! Even my picky bf liked it. We both got the bbq chicken salad. It was everything I was looking for and more. And the staff were very friendly, and I take that sh** seriously! The two stars are because honestly the food is good and the price is fair for the freshness and healthy nutritional value. However, we all know how Covid-19 restrictions have impacted restaurants and consumers. Urbane allows you to place online orders with a reasonable estimated time of take out readiness. Today I placed an order for a salad at 11:30am. I was given a readiness time of 11:45. Arrived at Urbane at 11:55am and asked to wait outside for my order. For some reason the sun wants to magnify it's beam directly on me as I stand 30 minutes outside waiting fir my order with a line of 6 or so people now. Am I whining? Maybe. I guess it's hot, I'm hungry and now need to scarf this down to get back to work. Thats if it comes out in the next 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and fast, even though it was right at lunch and on the busier side food came out right away. I ordered the gourmet grilled cheese , was tasty enough but definitely not the best, bread almost needed to be toasted or fast grill to it, with the soft cheeses and soft avocado and then soft bread it was all just a little one noted. Side salad was just perfect size , fresh and yummy. Friend ordered salmon sandwich which I don't see listed on the to go menu, I didn't taste it ( darn it) but I heard no complaints from her! Worth adding a cookie to your order, I got chocolate chip and it was so warm and gooey and downright delicious! Mike was very patient with me as I had more than a handful of questions about items on the menu. I decided to order the UC Bayn Mi Chicken Sandwich, Salmon Salad, and Oatmeal Cookies. I had never had a sandwich like it before, the bread was soft and the sandwich was flavorful and delicious. It also came with a small salad so I'm saving the salmon salad for tomorrow. The oatmeal cookies were soft and warm, I ate all three in one sitting. Although, this was my first time at Urban Cafe it definitely will not be my last. I was getting ready to have dinner with a good friend and we found this place on a whim. I honestly wasn't expecting anything that great because I figured it gonna be similar to Corner Bakery, which was not good. HOWEVER, I was delightfully surprised. We each ordered a sandwich--the Southwest and the Cranberry Brie Turkey. Yup, brie on a sandwich...how was I going to say no to that?! Each sandwich came with a mixed green salad--the good healthy kind, not the cheap non-nutritious lettuce that some places serve. My Cranberry Brie Turkey had a nice sweet-salty balance to it and the bread was good--nice and soft. The sandwich was also a good size because it turned into dinner and lunch the next day for me. My friend finished his entire meal. We both really enjoyed the food for the price and will likely return. read more

So my coworkers and I have been trying to find healthier lunch options. This place is right across the street from where we work. I got the So Cal chicken sandwich and it was SO GOOD!!! The bread is so fresh and the chipotle aioli and tomatillo salsa gave it so much flavor and juiciness! I was a little worried it would be spicy cause of the sign next to it but it was just the right amount of little kick. The house side salad was fresh and flavorful. Everyone was very happy with their meal. And the food came out so quick! Perfect for a lunch break. Don't forget to get a cookie!! One of the best chocolate chip cookies! I came here a couple days ago with some coworkers for dinner then again this afternoon with my mom. Both times were perfect. The first time I ordered the SoCal sandwich and it was packed on with flavor, was on the spicier side, but seasoned perfectly. I also ordered a cookie, was warm and gooey. This afternoon I ordered the Rustic Rosemary Sandwich with a cup of Chicken Enchilada soup. The sandwich had a comforting flavor to it and tasted fresh. The soup was rich and full of spices. Not to mention that bread, made fresh per order. Also, each sandwich is served with a small side house salad. It has fresh mandarin slices and feta cheese. The service was awesome as well. The employees are very friendly. Overall, I feel this place is a gem and have found a new lunch hangout that I look forward to returning to. read more
