This location has the best service, it was 4 min until close and although they were cleaning up they still took our order and had the cheeriest attitude. Thank you Rafa and Tristan for being so kind. Food never disappoints. My fav location for sure

Places are big and chill. I gave 3 stars because my soup is luke warm or not even. Is like 3/10 for the temperature likewise. I like my soup to be hot at least warm. Not like boiling hot but it just "cold" for me and is on a cup for $8? I try the NEW salmon bowl. Supposedly come with the sauce which I don't know but they gave it to me once I finish my bowl and I don't really needed I guess. I can understand the customer service likewise but again it just the food itself and not that fresh, rice was cold as well and took longer to made. There is only 1 person working at that time I don't for the wait time it just the food taste for me. For one time try is ok I might give it a try again in the future. The thing I love for first time try here is the bread only. Is savory. They need to clean all the table and sanitize as well each time customer leave. I Will try again in the future.

Club Turkey Sandwich. Very nice and fresh.

It's a very attractive restaurant but we ordered our food to go. It was ready on time and we received exactly what we ordered. The Santa Maria BBQ sandwich has good BBQ flavor, although it won't be winning any awards in any BBQ contests. It comes with bacon, cheese, slaw, and dressing. It's a solid choice. The Club sandwich is also very good. It comes turkey, bacon, avocado, cheese, and some various veggies. Both sandwiches came with a very nice and fresh side salad. The bread here is obviously made fresh. If you order on the app, first time users get a freshly-baked cookie. And that cookie is very good. Solid choice for very fresh sandwiches and an excellent cookie.

Urbane Café - Great Post-Workout Lunch Spot! I stopped by Urban Café after a workout and ordered the pastrami tip sandwich with a side salad -- and it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich came with a honey mustard sauce that really brought everything together, and the bread was soft and fresh. For about $13.55, it was a solid deal. The place is clean and has a friendly vibe. You order at the counter, take a number card to your table, and they bring the food out to you. I also used the restroom to wash up before eating and it was clean and presentable. I definitely plan to come back and try another sandwich. For a quick, tasty lunch in a casual setting, this spot hits the mark.

Oh my gosh--the food here is so good! I had the chimichurri steak sandwich, and my husband had the pastrami. Both came with a small side salad, which was a nice touch. Even the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Easy 5 out of 5!

This is a go to spot after I get my braces adjusted. I get the Ben with either the chips or the salad. Or you can have fruit. I tend to opt out from the fruit so I couldn't speak on what that's like. It's right off the Kids Menu. I get it because it's kind of an upscale grilled cheese and it has bbq sauce and chicken....And because it's one of the softer option...Hence it's ideal for just after the Ortho adjustments :-) I love the focaccia bread. The staffers are friendly enough, the place kept well managed, & has a nice open floor plan if you like to dine in. It has bench wall seats and high top style tables. The only thing today was the soap was out in the unisex bathroom that I went into (I let the young lady know & she received the information kindly) My chicken had some cold spots so as I'm sure the tender chicken "cold cut" pieces just needed some extra time on the heat. I didn't mention that to the staff. I'm pretty sure the chicken was just cool and not a raw type situation. So it wasn't that big of a deal. A little bit warmer and it would've been perfect. What I found adorable was some kids thought the bread was pizza. What a novice idea! I bet the bread would make a lovely individual mini pizza for the kiddos. The kid at heart in me would probably order that if something like that ever became a thing here. Chill dinning experience and this time I gobbled it all up. Sometimes I get a side soup too. Also, I mentioned to the Hubs that if it wasn't for an official Yelp event here (years ago) I wouldn't have even known about this exact place. We've been to the O'side one as well. That's a newer location. Lots of pick up/take out orders here. Check them out!

Great service and food! Lovely, clean environment in Encinitas! Great cookies and salad

Looks like a sandwich full of turkey meat, but when you open it up , only 1/4 of the Bread actually has meat in it.

    UC Banh Mi Chicken Sandwich...delicious!

Seriously- the perfect lunch place. First time ever here. Didn't realize it was a chain, because it didn't feel like one. Went with the Chicken Bahn Mi and side salad. Everything was super fresh and delicious, and the price was reasonable. The little red peppers in the sando have a kick! The side salad with the mandarins and feta was simple and perfect. A welcome break from fries. Super stoked to know there's a closer one in Mira Mesa.

We were in the area and about to go to Cava since that is our favorite spot but decided to see what this place was about. So glad we do! Customer service was good and the food was delicious as well. I was fulfilled with my salmon bowl. I also had a bite of the tri tip pastrami sandwich, pretty good. The food did not disappoint

    Chimichurri Steak Sandwich
    Colin T.

After a long days work of watching friends and spouse at tennis camp, what better way to refuel than healthy salad and a filling sando? The restaurant has a pleasant sit down style layout with more cushy seats on the far wall, but we weren't just looking for a place for its looks. Our cashier took our orders with lightning speed and we got our food in less than 10 minutes with 5 ppl ordering. Service to get seated was *chef's kiss*. Wife ordered the steak chimichurri sando and I got the keto salad with extra meat. HIT THE SPOT. After nearing food coma, we brought our plates back to its storage home for clean up near the exit, and went back home on our merry way. Would I come back here? You darn right I will. Let's go!!

When will the Carlsbad or Oceanside location open?

Thank you for reaching out Nicole! We hope to open our Oceanside location at the end of this year!

Went today and were told they closed at 3 by the employee signaling to us, but the sign said differently. We drove from Carlsbad based on the published hours. Is this new?

Aside from that, I really just want to talk about that pizza. I've lived in italy and I've tried pizza throughout san diego, and it's hands down the best pizza you will find resembling the classic napolitana style. It's superb. It's delectable. It's going to be your favorite pizza. It needs to be marketed better, but then it would probably form unbearable lines, so I'll keep the secret. That pizza is everything! That is all.

You wouldn't know there were beats in it aside from the color, it tastes pretty close to a standard, chickpea hummus. Found inside the harvest market deli cooler with the snacks & drinks near the prepared salads to grab & go items. They have lots of fresh produce, fresh bread, and packaged cracker chip items to purchase and enjoy with it. It was cool creamy and refreshing. I enjoyed it with some fresh artisan bread. Nice filling, healthy snack. The market has a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, including edible ones, a small Café with hot and cold, freshly made drinks, including the option of ones with vegan plant milk, as well as a small baked goods case full of vegan cookies and muffins. Nice selection of interesting drinks, including Matcha & Ube. A nice selection of vegan items for sale. This very modern up scale barn is on a spacious property with ample outdoor hard seating, including individual chairs, both metal and wood picnic tables with benches, hardwood Adirondack chairs around a large fire pit in the back. If you prefer soft seating like me, there are only a few on the property, a couch by the outdoor fireplace inside up in the restaurant and balcony. The outdoor pizza kitchen has a variety of made to order cooked in front of you pizzas including vegan (must ask for vegan cheese substitute) or gluten-free egg, white and cauliflower crust. The Cook said most of the pizzas can be made with the vegan cheese. Included a few nice options with pesto sauce, truffle, mushroom, and more. After seeing a few come out out of the oven with the bubbled crust, I'm looking forward to returning and giving one a try. It seemed to be the favorite menu item of the outdoor diners, as the tables were full of them. Parking is on a dirt and gravel stretch so skip the sandals and flip-flops & wear closed toed tennis shoes. There are walking paths around the properties so you can get in a nice stroll before having a nibble and a drink. The path around the property you'll see their crops of produce and flowers growing as well as the animals they have: horses, goats pigs. Upstairs after 4 PM, they have a nice clean-looking modern style restaurant featuring a nice menu with a variety of six vegetarian and one vegan pasta option. The hostess, who claimed she was also vegetarian was quick to point out all the vegetarian options some can be converted to vegan by omitting the cheese or dairy ingredient. There's a nice tall bar upstairs with stools and one TV for watching news or sports. Apparently they have a brunch weekends only with a menu that also looks very inviting. The property has a large selection of bottled wines, a micro brewery and a coffee bean brewery. Family friendly, a nice place to go to get a bite and drink, stretch your legs, enjoy fresh air (although a bit dusty near parking lot). Country music is playing loudly in and around the property. We have an expanse of grass for picnic in a play area that's very natural and organic and appearance and a glass house which opens up onto a hard scape patio available for a private event events. The people were friendly and welcoming. It's a spot of natural plot of country near the coast line in Encinitas.

Fun Fact: "Manna" means an unexpected blessing, especially in a time of need! Atelier Manna was…read morecreated by Michelin-rated Chef Andrew Bachelier and his wife Larah as a creative workshop where food, art, wellness and community all come together. - Located in Leucadia, Atelier Manna is definitely not your typical brunch spot. It feels part restaurant, part art studio, part wellness experiment, and I mean that in the best way. The space is intimate and eclectic, with cookbooks, ceramics, artwork, salvaged materials and little pieces collected from the owners' travels throughout the space. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into making it feel personal rather than overly polished. Parking is do-able across the street by train , or on the street or surrounding neighborhoods. Best time to come when its not busy is W or TH morning! And then there's the food. We started with the Turkish eggs, soft poached eggs sitting over herbed yogurt, chili garlic butter and herbs with toast. The combination of the cool, tangy yogurt with the garlicky, slightly spicy butter was SO good. The toast is basically mandatory because you're going to want to swipe up every last bit of that sauce. P.S. dish comes with two eggs but you can order an extra egg if you have more people. The steak & tortilla was another standout. Snake River Farms zabuton steak with Spanish tortilla, black garlic romesco and Jimmy Nardello peppers. The steak was tender and cooked beautifully, but what really made the dish for me was the black garlic romesco. Rich, savory and slightly sweet, it tied everything together. And then came the torrija, Spanish-style French toast. This is not your basic brunch French toast. It's made with thick-cut sourdough, saffron vanilla, peach leaf oil, stone fruit and whipped labneh. The outside had that delicious caramelized/crispy texture while the inside was soft and custardy. The labneh was also such a good addition because it gave the dish a little tang to balance out the sweetness. Definitely a dish I'd order again. But we can't forget the drinks because Atelier Manna takes their non-alcoholic beverage program VERY seriously. Their "vitality tonics" are basically zero-proof cocktails with a wellness twist, and they are way more interesting than your standard juice or mocktail. I got the Mentawai: coconut, cold-infused green tea, lime leaf, pandan and astragalus, force carbonated. Light, refreshing and slightly tropical with enough acidity to keep it from tasting like straight coconut water. My friend got the Goldenrod, made with clarified cucumber, turmeric, honey and long pepper. Very refreshing and earthy with a little sweetness. Another friend went with the cold brew, which was smooth and fruity with a creamy body. I really appreciated that the drinks weren't just an afterthought. They actually felt like part of the experience. Overall, Atelier Manna is one of those places where you can tell the people behind it genuinely care about the details. The menu is creative without feeling like it's trying too hard, the space is unique and inviting, and the food manages to be indulgent while still incorporating a lot of fresh, thoughtful ingredients. Definitely a brunch spot worth the drive up to Leucadia, especially if you want something a little different from the usual eggs + mimosa situation.

My friend ordered the French toast and he said it was good, though he found the outside a bit too tough (like the outside of a well baked cinnamon roll). It mixes industrial and classic touches with cozy leather booths, stylish décor, and an open, lively energy that still feels relaxed. It's polished enough for a special occasion but comfortable enough to linger over one more coffee, think business casual vibes. If the weather's nice, the patio is a great option too. The real MVP was our server, Katelynn. She handled all 8 of us by herself the entire time and never missed a beat. Our drinks were always fresh, and she stayed a step ahead of the table. Great solo performance. I split two entrées with my bro, which I highly recommend if you can't decide: California Burrito: Very savory, with creative sauces that set it apart from the usual breakfast burrito. Eggs Benedict: Well put together with quality ingredients. It's a classic done right. Potatoes: Fresh and delicious. I don't normally care for breakfast potatoes, and these still won me over.
