I asked the waitress about the chicken and she advised that they are smoked and will appear pink from that, so not to be alarmed, but are moist and really flavorful. While the filet was tempting (and what everyone else at my table ordered), I wanted something lighter. Thankfully I was not disappointed in my selection.
