Paul arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly checked the system, confirmed the refrigerant levels were good, and found that the issue was simply a failed capacitor. He explained everything clearly, including what to expect as our 12-year-old system ages, without any pressure or scare tactics. The repair was completed in about 30 minutes, and our AC was blowing cold air again before he left. I felt the price was fair, especially considering it was an urgent situation during the summer. It's refreshing to find an HVAC company that's honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Refreshed Heating and Cooling, and I'll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs.
