We recently had an issue where our AC wasn't turning on, which ended up being caused by unrelated work that had been done at our home -- not an issue with their installation or equipment. Even so, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting everything sorted out. Scheduling was seamless, and Adkins was great as always -- communicative, reliable, and easy to work with. Juan, the technician who came out, was also fantastic -- knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We really appreciate the level of service and care they provide and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Really convenient - Mike called me first thing in the morning (well before 8AM - which matters when you have a newborn and you're awake shivering). Mike and his team came out to see us within the hour and we had a plan to replace the unit the very next day. He even brought back a space heater later that day to keep the baby's room warm overnight - ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. Mike came back exactly when he said he would the next day, walked me through what he was going to do, and then did it. When he was done, he tested it, cleaned and vacuumed, and gave us warranty, invoice, and user's manual. Very happy with the quality of the job - it looks great - the communication, the follow through and just being around some good people for the day. Thanks Mike, I'll call again next time we're in a jam.

Thanks to Denali's persistence and professionalism, our heater is finally working as it should. Dedicated professionals like him build a company's great reputation, and we are deeply grateful for his dedication. He earned Hassler Heating another well-deserved 5-star review!

What I appreciated most was that he didn't just start replacing parts. He thoroughly diagnosed the system, explained what he was testing, and walked me through the results. He showed me that the capacitor was testing low, the contactor was worn and pitted, and even performed a megger test on the compressor to verify it was still healthy. After the repairs, he confirmed everything was working properly by showing me the compressor amperage had dropped back to normal and that the system had an 18-degree temperature split. Keon was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He explained the pros and cons of the recommended repairs, including the hard-start kit, so I could make an informed decision instead of feeling pressured. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. By the time he was done, our AC was cooling properly again, and he even worked with us on the final price. If you're looking for an HVAC technician who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and takes the time to educate his customers, I highly recommend Keon Garcia. Thanks again for getting our family cool again!
