In addition, Uriel (the owner) treats his workers with obvious care and respect - bringing them lunch and celebrating birthdays as a team. He has cultivated a happy team and it shows in their work ethic as much as in their comportment: on the first day of the job each team member lined up to introduce themselves with a smile. We had a three-day job including complicated tree removals, trimming and chipping. I was on site every day to coordinate on behalf of four neighbors and every interaction I had with these guys was pleasant even as they were all obviously focused on their work and hustling. (I'm old enough to think hustle/hard work is a good thing!) This is the kind of family business you want to see thrive.

We will definitely request their services in the future.

Once our luggage was inside, we immediately called two companies for estimates. Both had solid reputations and sent someone over. In less than two hours we had their quotes. We liked both but interestingly, one was a whopping 40% lower than the other. That company was G Garcia Tree Service. Miguel Garcia wrote up the contract and got to work that afternoon. He was GREAT... very friendly, thorough and professional. Our driveway was swept clean, the tree and all its limbs were gone that day and the larger logs, as promised, were hauled away early the next morning. We are very glad that we called Miguel and HIGHLY recommend G Garcia Tree Service. They're a class act.

I hired them to cut back trees in my backyard to the fence line. When Ross came for the estimate I…read moreasked if I needed to remove some leaves in the area. He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !
