He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !

I was most impressed with how thorough he was as there were a few times I thought he was done but he would say I'm going to work on that area a little more. Absolutely beautiful when he was done, the yard has a 4-5' difference in elevation and while it had a big crater and lots of swails throughout, it was just a natural clean smooth grade everywhere when he was done. Equipment in great shape, Dino was easy to talk to and I look forward to calling him for future tree needs at my house.
