He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !

I had several bids and their's by far beat everyone in price for same service performance. I just went with them when i saw they have a perfect 5 star rating, and several of them! Co owner Bodie came out, showed me proof of full insurance coverage, including the needed workmen's comp box checked, took a look around at the work and hand me a bid. We had large branches to remove on our heritage black walnut tree, two 70+ 'foot tall redwood trees needed thinning of dead branches, after not being done in more than 10yrs, etc, and an entire buckeye tree was removed that was impeding on our historic carriage house, and was located on a neighbors property. I guess it's not fair to list exact pricing, but let's just say they beat out everybody! The whole team are young, smart, talented, quick, and clean it all up after, using chippers and a blower. I love supporting young smart entrepreneurs. I'll use them again and next time remember my before and after photos!

We had decided that someone from his team would come out the following weekend. Well as luck would have it the weather forecast was not in our favor.
