When Junior and his crew came out to perform the work, the results did not match what had been discussed. The tree was not adequately trimmed away from my neighbor's house, and the final shape was also not the round shape I had specifically requested. I contacted the company afterward and asked them to come back out to address the issues and bring the work closer to what had originally been discussed. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I did not receive a meaningful response or resolution. I want to acknowledge that the price was reasonable, and the crew did complete the work. However, the finished product did not reflect the instructions and expectations that were clearly discussed during the initial consultation. I would have expected better communication between the person who provided the estimate and the crew performing the work, as well as better attention to the agreed-upon details.
