We liked both but interestingly, one was a whopping 40% lower than the other. That company was G Garcia Tree Service. Miguel Garcia wrote up the contract and got to work that afternoon. He was GREAT... very friendly, thorough and professional. Our driveway was swept clean, the tree and all its limbs were gone that day and the larger logs, as promised, were hauled away early the next morning. He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !

I don't usually write reviews, but I can't stress how good my experience was with this company. The primary reason we had them come out was to bring down the height on our massive magnolia tree, plus cabling and pruning. The tree is huge, it was not an easy job and I have no idea how they made climbing and working at that height look easy, but they did. In the end it still looks well balanced with good weight distribution on the trunks, they care very much about their work and it shows. They also climbed and pruned our palms, brought down the height of some ancient hedges, cleared branches around our roof, etc. It was a dramatic transformation in one day. Boden took care of the client interface and he cared about the aesthetics and all the particulars, called extra guys out so it could happen in a single day. The price was very reasonable, they are a legit, insured company (which is essential, as tree work can be dangerous), and afterwards they cleaned up the yard and it just looked great back there. This is the company you should hire. read more

If you need tree work, call Elvis at Treec Inc. He is prompt, professional, and actually cares about keeping his customers. I was able to get a free estimate and have my tree pruned all in the same week--a huge difference from other companies that are overcharging and booked out for months. Exceptional service! I called first thing in the morning, had a return call in under 30 minutes, and an estimate by 1:00 PM. The estimate was good for the size of the tree. They, shaped, cleaned out debri and weighted the tree. They did a great job with clean up and hauled everything off the property. Jesus was the crew member I spoke with as they were wrapping nd he was professional, thoughtful and very considerate. The team, which includes an Certified Arborist, did excellent work on trimming three large oak trees located close together and on two different properties with separate owners. They were extremely professional, customer oriented, provided detailed quality work with beautiful results. They also were able to respond to the same day request to top and trim the overgrown tree in our sidewalk. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They provided a very competitive quote and arrived the next day to remove a 20-inch camphor tree that I planted many years ago.
