The quote was emailed to us to review and sign, which made everything very easy to move forward with. We booked JB Tree 365 right away, and they were able to schedule the work within a short timeframe, which we really appreciated. The crew was excellent and very easy to work with. They showed up on time with all the right equipment, including a basket lift and a wood chipper, and got right to work. John and another crew member were up in the tree cutting back some heavy branches that were extending over our neighbor's house, and the ground crew coordinated smoothly with them to get the limbs down safely and into the chipper. The whole job was incredibly efficient, and the entire thing was finished in less than an hour, which was amazing. They cleaned up the area very well afterward; you could hardly tell they had been there except that the trees were now safe and trimmed.
