As always, the service from the top down is outstanding. Prompt service and friendly team. The crews always go beyond my expectations. Jeff came out to look at a large cedar tree during the last storm that was in soft ground and getting ready to uproot and fall on my house. He had a crew there within an hour and they took the tree halfway down just to stabilize it so it could be completely removed at a later date. It was a fantastic experience having the crew from Image Tree Service out to our property in the town of Cazadero. From the point when Rigo, the estimator came out and all the way through to the finish of the job, this was a great example of how to run a company. My place has probably upwards of 80, 200' redwood trees so not an easy job. They examined the trees for their integrity, removed dead branches for safety, cleaned up & used a chipper for all the branches around the property from a prior storm, raised the canopy to let in more light and cleaned up after themselves. They get an A+ in all departments. Because they worked so efficiently using a spider (like a cherry picker) they did the job faster than another company I hired before. They communicated with each other through bluetooth helmets and on top of all of that, the crew was excessively pleasant in their communications with me. We have many trees on our property that had been neglected and Image Tree Service inspected the trees and made recommendations about which ones to trim and which ones to remove. They skillfully pruned the trees and chipped the branches and left the site in great condition. Access wasn't easy and they had the correct equipment to efficiently handle the job. As soon as Jeff found out I had a redwood treetop fall on my roof, he was over in about an hour. He climbed up on my roof, got pictures of the damage, and gave me a much more reasonable estimate than other companies. He had his crew removing it the next business day, first thing in the morning so that we could proceed with repairs. The crew was superior! Vinny and Emilio went the extra mile to not just remove the treetop from our roof, but also cleared more debris from my roof and cleaned that all up too. Most impressively they willingly put a tarp over the damaged area of my roof since the rain was threatening. Our roof is super steep, so this was not easy. Everyone was friendly, anticipated our needs, helpful beyond expectations, knowledgeable, and efficient in what they did. Best tree service we have ever used. Image Tree Service just spent two weeks on my property, felling/chipping four large eucalyptus trees to ensure that I now have a safe backyard. After getting six or seven bids, I chose Image Tree Service partly because their proposal represented the proper balance between people and machines and partly because I was simply most comfortable with Jeff and his team. Some of the other proposals centered around people with chainsaws and smaller towed chippers, but this approach would take too long and therefore ultimately be too costly. Other proposals suggested the use of cranes and dump trucks, but access restrictions for my backyard made that unfeasible as there would be too much reliance on heavy equipment accessing my backyard via neighboring properties. Image Tree Service got the balance just right - a large remote-controlled track chipper, a skid steer on tracks with multiple attachments, a remote-controlled spider lift on tracks, and a remote-controlled stump grinder on tracks, and of course people with chainsaws to assist. In hindsight it was clearly the right approach, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From the moment they rolled up the first morning until they removed the last piece of equipment just over two weeks later, everyone conducted themselves professionally. Issues inevitably come up during large and complicated jobs like this, and I always felt that everyone at Image Tree Service worked with me constructively and fairly to resolve them amicably. People commented on the scale of the job and the efficiency of the team (and also how cool their equipment was!), and one neighbor spontaneously texted me that he was "completely impressed with the speed they have accomplished the tree job" and wanted to reach out to them for a job on his property.
