After a few weeks and no communications, we called the crew manager as well as the Atlas office and we received no call back or information. we finally heard they disbanded the maintenance crews and fired all of the staff. they NEVER told us, the customer. they NEVER offered us a refund for the services paid for and not provided. what kind of company does this??? Zach was actually the second person to come out and look at the tree. The moment he looked at it, he recognized the tree had "fire blight." He said it wasn't treatable, but it could be managed by trimming it back and removing the visible blight. No other company mentioned the "fire blight." The estimate for the work wasn't the cheapest, but having knowledge of the problem and how to work around it w/o having to cut down a large portion of the tree were positives for me. My job was able to be scheduled w/in a week. When the crew arrived (ahead of schedule to free up my day), they were awesome. They were very professional and trimmed up the tree w/o having to hack most of it down. Their clean up was remarkable. I wouldn't have known they were even there. They even helped me move a heavy box out of my vehicle. These guys were great! I saved Zach's card. When the blight returns, I'll know who to call.

I hired them to cut back trees in my backyard to the fence line. When Ross came for the estimate I…read moreasked if I needed to remove some leaves in the area. He said no, they would take care of it since the debris of the trees being trimmed had to be removed, and I need not worry. I PAID for the removal of the debris. I even had them put it in the contract & emailed him directly ensuring it was ok. He wrote back stating everything would be taken care of. The day of the work when they arrived they had a picnic lunch in front of my house for about an hour. When they were wrapping it up I went out to inspect and they had not trimmed to the fence line, especially at very top of trees. I asked them to continue until everything was back to the fence line. They weren't happy but knew I was right so they did it. When they were about to leave the second time, I inspected. They hadn't cleaned up all the debris in that area, but had pushed it back in a massive pile against the fence. They got Ross on the phone and the worker handed phone to me. Ross was mad, he tried to tell me that wasn't included and that they were giving me free work. First of all I triple checked with him specifically regarding the cleanup and debris removal and second of all nothing was free. I paid $907.50 for this job to get done. He said he would call me back after he checked the email I had sent him and as I was handing the phone back to the worker and forgetting that the phone was on speaker. I said what an asshole and he heard me and got very very, very mad. He called me back said they would take care of it but that I should be grateful because he gave me stuff for free and that they would never ever ever want to do business with me again that's fine. I would never do business with them again as they did not stick to the agreement and tried to tell me I was getting things for Free and trying. To get away with doing a substandard job. Ross really lived up to the name I called him!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS !
