Decided to check this spot out over the weekend on a whim. It's kind of on a busy street but there is some residential and that street is SUPER small so good luck finding parking there too. We got lucky lol! They have some nice seating and tables on the side of their building down that same residential street and they also have umbrellas for shade which is nice. Walked in and what a beautiful cafe! You immediately notice all the musical instruments which makes me think they have live music some times. Ordered at the counter and asked what their "RAF Latte" was and the guy mentioned it was for the customers who wanted them to be more on the sweeter side and less strong so I went for their Horchata latte. Took a few minutes to get my drink but as soon as I saw it, it looked absolutely delish! And it was. Super creamy, still on the sweeter side but the creaminess is what I loved most about it. Still strong enough for my liking so I would definitely come back and get it again! IG: @ammysalamii
Cute space! There's a drum set and piano inside which was neat. The servers seemed aloof or not interested, but it didn't bother me. My husband got a cold brew which he liked a lot. I got the iced tiramisu latte. It was okay. A bit too on the sweet side for me. I still finished it because I wasn't about to let $11 go to waste. It came with a ladyfinger cookie which was a cute touch. Unsure if I'd come back; maybe if I was in the area again. But that's me. I still recommend others give this place a shot. Oh...pretty much street parking only.
We ordered two tiramisu coffees. They were flavorful, aromatic, and light. My husband and dad both enjoyed their coffees. Felt so LA to be walking around with these coffees in hand.
Really good cold brew is made here. I enjoyed the large size I got til the last drop. Very nice ambiance here with indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was friendly They also sales freshly baked goods and food items such as sandwiches etc.
This place delivered delicious, well-balanced coffee with intense flavor-seems like a contradiction, I know, but trust me, it's not. I ordered the cinnamon latte. It wasn't too sweet, and was prepared perfectly - a first! I was impressed because cinnamon in coffee is often a hit or miss for me. The barista was very nice and I wouldn't be surprised if customers visited just to experience her pleasant demeanor. The cafe itself is very inviting. I can see myself sitting there for a few hours while I work. I highly recommend this place.
This is a super cute coffee shop that has plenty of seating if you want to hangout. I just stopped here as it has great reviews and wanted to try it. The staff were friendly and the drink I ordered came out quick. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte. It was good but it was very expensive ($12) so I probably wouldn't get it again. Next time I come I'll probably try a food item!

Such a cute coffee shop with so many options! Got an iced horchata latte with almond milk and it was noticeably good quality and very smooth. The workers are very helpful and service was quick. Lovely interior and inviting atmosphere!
First time coming here while on a weekend trip. i love how the inside of the cafe looks; very comfortable and welcoming, and it's very clean. They had customers sitting outside, and we were the only ones inside and the service was quick and efficient. Food was very good, and i love they took their time to make it. The Tiramisu Latte caught my eye and it was delicious! If i return to burbank, this coffee location is on my list!
Needed something quick on the way to the airport and took a chance on this place. I got the rose cold brew and I love it! The cold brew is very strong and robust, and the rose cream was spot on. They even had the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries so I grabbed one of those too for the flight. The staff are so so friendly. My man got straight cold brew, and I could tell he found it a little too strong. He requested to add some syrup to it and the owner even recommended some oat milk. No extra charge! Note to the business: Your cold brew cream is great, I'd suggest thinking of more versions of the cream to offer - it would be a hit
Uptown Coffee has been in my Yelp bookmarks for months! A couple of Saturdays ago, I visited the shop for the first time. I arrived around 9am and found parking in the private lot behind the shop easily. I ordered the Rose Cold Brew Coffee, which was delicious. The rose cream foam was fragrant and didn't taste artificial, and it paired well with the cold brew. I never had Armenian coffee before visiting Uptown Coffee, so I'm glad to have tried it. Also, I had a sip of my brother's Iced Macchiato with whole milk and caramel (syrup costs a little extra), which was light and sweet. I found that the staff were friendly and service was quick. I got takeout and didn't stay long, but they do have indoor and outdoor seating. The shop was quiet at 9am on a Saturday, so it could be a good study/work spot. They have some instruments set up at the front of the shop, so I'd like to come back to enjoy more coffee with live music as well!
Best Coffee Shop in Glendale CA. Today I searched for Coffee Shop near me and found the cutest coffee shop I have seen in Glendale. They have comfortable seats and even have wall plugs to plug in your computer. The coffee is excellent and the food is even better. They have so many wonderful deserts in the case. I do not need them but I want to try every one of them. They look so good. The beautiful indoor cafe also has outdoor seating with umbrella's. Give them a try. Don't forget to try the wonderful sandwiches they have. Pastrami is my favorite. They have excellent customer service. You will be happy you went.

When I walked in I was greeted by this nice gentleman who was the worker behind the counter. The girl who made my panini was also very nice. I got an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk and cold foam along with a turkey panini. Both were very good and I'll definitely return. It was also very clean inside ! read more

Very authentic inside, with nice music that is different from what I've heard before in different places They have big choice of pastries, food and coffee. My favorite is pour over one . I'm impressed! They also have real tea collection! I love this place read more
We tried Uptown Coffee after discovering that the crepe place we used to come to in the same building is now out of business. Uptown Coffee had a totally different vibe than the previous tenants, and it's interesting to see the change. They do offer crepes, too, but on a limited basis - only sweet, no savory. They definitely have a wide variety of coffee options, plus other beverages, some sandwiches, baked goods, and a smattering of other menu items. The graphics for the menu boards, and the overall interior décor of the space is dramatic with black used to good effect. Dear Hubby and I split a turkey sandwich, freshly prepared on excellent multi-grain bread. That was the highlight of the food part of the visit. The coffee was too bitter and lacking sufficient milk for my preference. They also said that they had Stevia for sweetening, then said that they were out of it. We also ordered a sweet crepe to share with our toddler granddaughter. She can be picky, but she loved the bananas, strawberries, and strawberry ice cream with the crepe. At first, she wasn't sure about the texture of the crepe, but she got into it. To me, it was too chewy, and difficult to cut with a plastic knife. There was almost too much Nutella drizzled on top; became the overwhelming flavor. Also, we'd asked for the ice cream to be on the side, but they dropped it right on top. That was part of why I am not giving a higher number of stars - I experienced that they didn't listen to what we were asking for in our order. They sort-of listened, and then gave us what they wanted us to have, and not what we actually ordered. The vibe in the place is that of a locals spot, where I didn't feel that welcomed as a random guest not from the neighborhood. The previous business had provided a total opposite experience - we always felt warmly greeted and appreciated when we'd stop in for crepes. For lovers of vintage music, this is a spot for you - Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and other crooners from the 50's / 60's were the featured artists. The volume was louder than ideal for conversing. A number of folks with there with laptops working or studying. Am not sure how they heard themselves think with the music at that volume. They have a tiny parking lot out back; otherwise, you'll be hunting for a spot on the street. A few tables on the side of the building offer outdoor seating, which expands on the indoor dining area. read more

Love their house salsa dressing that was added to my breakfast crepe order!!!! Any ways, took a star off was due to the rest room in Total lack of hand soap from the dispenser. Also, their wait staff didn't immediately clean off a table from a family of customers who were dining in. That looked like a more comfortable table to sit on even to take pics. I had to use the table next to that uncleaned one instead. Aside from that, I would return for another round of their drink or their Organic tea bags to go next time. But yes, we Do need to wash our hands, so I had to use their hand sanitizer as alternative and wash my hands at the next venue I supported which was Mendocino Farms, Burbank, CA. Please don't forget to refill soap from your soap dispenser in the restroom!!!! read more

Amazing overall...loved my extra strong cold brew with oat milk and omg... best mortadella sandwich ever literally sad I don't live close enough to come by every day! We needed coffee and it was "coffee shop late" which means after 3pm. We were driving down the street and my job, as passenger, was keeping an eye out for a caffeine dealer. I almost grabbed the wheel when I saw Uptown Coffee on the corner! We parked in the large parking lot behind the shop and went in passing the outdoor seating along the side street. OK, first off, they are open till 10pm every night! That's right 7 days a week 8:30am to 10pm!! There is plenty of seating inside and a small stage in front so I'm guessing the have live music at night. They have a solid coffee menu and the pastry case looks like the have an actual pastry chef filling it. We were just there for a quick coffee so the tasty treats will be for the next visit. Which will be soon :) I had a Cortado and my son had a Latte. Both were excellent and the friendly barista made them quickly. Afterall isn't that what we're all looking for in a coffee shop. Yes, they are in Glendale but very close to Burbank. So next time you go to Ikea Burbank stop here it's just a few minutes away :) read more

I was looking for a coffee shop to cowork out of and stumbled upon this gem. This coffee shop is located in the northern part of Glendale, border Burbank! They have some Armenian influence, selling delicious desserts such as Bird's Milk (if you haven't had it, you gotta try it). I was happy to find that they had lavender syrup here. I ordered a cold brew with lavender syrup and oat milk -- my favorite combo. They have good Wi-Fi and outlets to charge your laptops while you work. Overall a good place if you need a place to cowork! read more
Great coffee shop I always pop in when I have a few extra minutes before getting to work. I always get the vanilla latte either hot or cold and it's always made to perfection. Their croissants are always fresh too and if my daughter is with me then it's a must we get one. Love the ambience as well if I had the time I could sit and enjoy my coffee there before starting my hectic day. I plan to try some food items since I've heard they are good. And I've been told they have live music at nights which I'm sure makes adds a good vibe to the place. read more

Came to visit a friend for a quick meet up. She chose this little coffee shop and it was a cute one. Uptown Coffee has a nice variety of carinated beverages as well as pastries. The place is small but cozy. I do want to come back one day and check out their crepes or grab a sandwich on the go. This place sell Armenian coffee which will help jump start your day! Needed a caffeine boost in Burbank and this was a cafe I came across in my searches. I got a ceremonial grade matcha latte with oat milk and it was really good; the color looked great and it was aesthetically pleasing to look at when it was placed on the pickup counter. It took a little bit for my drink to come out, but I could tell it was because they were taking great care in preparing it correctly. There were a bunch of baked goods and food items to order; lots of seating (both inside and out); and even a band set up next to the front window, which had me wondering when they have live music during the week! TIP: parking was pretty tough, as the tiny parking lot behind the cafe was packed and also shared with reserved parking for a business next door. Street parking if you don't get lucky. read more

Definitely will come here again! You can tell that the quality of their coffee beans are at the highest. I tried their cold brew and macchiato here and it's delicious. I went here as I was driving up to Bakersfield and it's was a great treat indeed. I love the atmosphere the employees here are friendly and don't mind explaining the pastries and coffee flavors. Great place to hangout at, grab coffee, breakfast, or snack on some pastries. Also,this is a great place even for non-coffee drinkers. They have teas and smoothies as well. It's definitely a hometown/local coffee place. Parking is available on the street and there are a couple parking spots designated for the cafe. Overall, amazing experience. read more

As usual, we were looking for a place to do work and decided to try this place. It's not very large but still has plenty of seating! About 9 tables and 3-4 outlets. The free wifi also worked well. Iced latte was pretty good but there was a LOT of ice in it. It tasted fine though. They have a solid selection of pastries but kinda expensive in my opinion, so didn't try any. They looked good though! read more

Beautiful ambiance. The strawberry matcha is delicious. They also have all the pastries that one craves. They currently have the strawberry Dubai chocolate that's been trending too. Give this place a visit!!! We stopped by this place on our way the beach, coming from IE. So glad we did! read more

This place is beautiful, the food and teas are good. This place is comfortable until about 10:45 or noon because then people think it's ok to play videos loudly on there phones like no one is around also they never heard of AirPods . The staff there is very nice as well but there no help when it comes to people playing loud inappropriate videos on there phone. Other that it's a good place to eat but not study or do work on your computer so I give this place 3 stars read more

The best service i ever saw in coffee shop industry. I am a proud customer for about 3 year i always come here from North Hollywood to drink specifically Uptown Coffee , and also the best freshly made pastries are here, my favorite is "Yozhik" - very tasty. Also i love the service the coffee shop providing, i always feel myself like in my house always worm atmosphere!!! I recommend Uptown Coffee to all my LA People !!! read more
Perfect place for a perfect coffee. I love the ambience and great customer service Very clean, well decorated, and very spacious. They have huge pastries, they have crepes, ice cream and definitely they have good coffee and hot coco for kids The pastries are good, not that sweet, it taste good with my hot latte. My son got the hot coco and it was delicious, not that sweet but creamy. They have a lot of tables inside and outside. good for big group. they have parking at the back and street parking too. I found this cafe, while dealing with my storage in Glendale. The inside is very cute with tables and places for you to work. It also looks like they may have live entertainment at times. They do serve pastries, but I had what I always order which is an iced Americano with a pump of chocolate. Perhaps, I'm just not a fan of their coffee. My iced americano was 0K ! The service was fine and the restaurant appeared clean. Dogs are welcomed. read more

This coffee shop is a great addition to Glenoaks blvd. Their iced matcha is amazing! Their sandwiches are very good. I recommend the mortadella but I hear the turkey club is a best seller as well. I will definitely be back to try a crepe and to get my matcha fix. Also, everything is reasonably priced! There are plenty of fresh pastry items to choose from as well as ice cream. Such a cute little gem! Came in on a Friday morning to get some work done. The 2 ladies working there were so nice. I plan to come back to try one of their crepes or Nutella croissant. The coffee was good and so is their spinach croissant. read more
