I have gone here several times as my second choice salon just because of the convenience and location to where I work. Three times, I said I would not go back but I did. Today was definitely my last visit. I say I am there to get a fill for which I have the dip powder. They tell me they don't do fills for powder and have to give me a whole new set of nails. I did not understand this is what they were doing until he was cutting my nails down before I could stop him. It was a brand new set I had just gotten two weeks ago and loved the shape. So he sloppily applies new tips and hands me over to another tech. She takes forever to file them down and had to be reminded of the shape I wanted twice. Took over two hours and was charged $50 for the worst, sloppiest, nails I've ever had. No one there seem to care that I was unhappy. I was also going to add a design but by the time she finally finished and I saw what they looked like I just wanted out of there. I will NEVER be back. read more

Expensive but worth it This place is beautiful. I am so impressed with the decorum and the professionalism of the staff. I had the best pedicure by Bailey, a soft spoken woman with a gentle spirit. She gave me a hot stone massage and a scrub. The scrub and message together help stimulate circulation. I was blown way by how great my feet looked and how wonderful they felt. Great place for a pedicure. They even serve wine and champagne upon request. Give this place a try. You will not regret it. read more

Hate to say but I had my first bad experience at upscale nail bar. The nail tech was guy and he didn't listen to any request I mad and nails were not shape to perfection and the paint job on my toes were horrible. Forgot to mention he was SLOW I came to the nail shop at 11:55 and left at 2:00 and they were NOT busy . I've been coming here for about 2 years. After trying a handful of nail salons in the North Arlington Area, this one is my favorite. All the staff are professional, friendly, quick, and do a great job every time. The place is super clean and decorated nice inside as well. I usually get a pedicure, acrylics, and sometimes brow waxes. (Bonus is they have the "jelly" style shellac which took me a while to find around here). They're also open until 8 on weekdays so I'm able to go here after work. Great nail salon! Also they serve you an alcoholic beverage. read more

Well, I wish I had a better experience to share. I have been to this bar a couple of times before, and the service seems to be getting worse. When I arrived, I was seated on one side of the salon. After twenty minutes of waiting for someone to come help me, I was moved to another chair by a different person. Ten minutes later, a third person approached me and asked who had sat me and said that nobody knew I was there. After thirty five minutes without service, I decided to leave. What a disappointment. This location opened about 6 months ago and after improving everything, this place has to be one of the best places by far! I've been to so many but no one ever does my nails like them! My family owns a few but when I have no time to make it to those, I always choose this nail bar and I'm glad they opened up recently. Ruby and Annie always make sure my lashes look good! $110 for a full set and they last for at least 3 weeks! Would give 6 stars if I could bc all of the compliments I got on my nails!! I took my 11 year old daughter and her 10 year old friend to get a pedicure during spring break and they wouldn't allow them to get the kids pedicure. They said it was based on height when their website clearly states 12 and under, nothing about height. They were rude and I will never go here again. I usually give big tips but they didn't get any from me this time. read more

This is my first time coming to this location and I have to say...I'M PISSED. Went in for a pedicure and gel with tip. Pedi started off good until she turned on the water to clean the bowl and the water soaked and I do mean SOAKED my clothes. Felt like I pee'd myself. Did they offer a discount, free upgrade, hell dry my duster...NO. Now time for the mani. Asked for a gel set with tip. Got that looked great however, got my bill it was $55 for the gel set. I was told $40 on the phone and now they are adding an extra $15...FOR WHAT. Whatever. Left the establishment clothes still wet and no discount. Okay so I made a huge mistake with cheating on my normal salon with this one. I came in to get a FILL and my best friend came to get a full set. They are wayyyyy over priced. They charged me $40 while my friends FULL SET was $50. First of all, the lady who did my nails (Lee) was pretty rude. Also, I had to get one nail fixed because it came off the night before so instead of her shaping it like the rest of my nails (coffin shape) it was pretty much a square shape, not even close to looking like the other index finger. While she was filing my nails, she cut my finger which I'm sure was an accident however, that's never happened to me with any other nail tech. After paying I told them I felt like I was overcharged and wasn't satisfied. All they did was offer to give me back $5. The NEXT DAY my nail broke right before I went into work they told me to come and they would fix it. I go in to get it fixed and they wanted me to PAY. Definitely not. She told me she won't charge me this time but next time I have to pay... there won't be a next time. I will never ever go back to this nail salon. I'll stick to Eva Nails and Spa in the highlands. UPDATE: The nail I got fixed broke the next day :) UPDATE PART 2: The nail they "fixed" broke today. read more

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON!!! May your nails be warned! Mediocre service at best rushed service. I got the acrylic with dipped color. The nails where uneven it was highly noticeable when I pointed it out he got an attitude. The nails started lifted In less then a week and it left my finger nails bleeding from the glue that they use! Horrible nail job. One of my biggest pet peeve is bad customer service. I'm sorry but me, customer services defines and depends if you'll have my money. I walked in and I definitely felt a bad vibe , I was not welcomed by any of the staff there, all I got was looks. So I walked out and left!!! Easily one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten in my life. It was rushed. My toenails are crooked and the polish already chipping a day later. I paid extra for a paraffin wrap which they left on for a minute and thirty seconds. I had to ask them to go back and get some dead/dry skin on my heel. There was no massage. When they scrubbed your feet she literally went up and down twice. I could go on and on about how terrible of an experience it was. I will never be back read more

The atmosphere is cute and the staff was nice but I'll never return. I came here at the urging of my mom who swore this place was Los Angeles level in the nail department. Wrong. I suppose I should go into detail... Pedicure: don't remember what pedicure I got but it was awesome. My nail polish (I brought my own) still hasn't chipped and I'm amazed. This is probably one of the only pedicures I've ever gotten that didn't make me feel like I needed to go home and put Vaseline on my nail beds and foot soles. This and the atmosphere earned the 3 stars. Acrylic, full set: this is where things went left. I showed a picture of very specific coffin shaped nails with a natural clear tint. A lady (maybe the boss?) kept pushily rephrasing and reimagining what exactly I was asking her for and insisted that I meant regular old square nails with pink polish. If I showed you a picture of coffin nail with a natural clear tint, what more is there to discuss? I was very specific and nice about it yet you completely ignored me. Recreate what I showed you or at least, tell me you or one of your technicians cant. So I ended up sitting with another lady who also ignored each time I grimaced or asked for a different shape. Once she shaped my new set in the basic square acrylic shape that I didn't ask for, I peacefully nodded in agreement because I was so tired of fighting about what I'd originally asked for. I'd been awake since 5am and I was really just aggravated by the pushy insistence that they knew what I wanted even more than I did. I got drill burn on one finger to which I still have a scab 10 days later, 8 out of 10 nails have lifted from the nail bed and it's only may 17 (I got this brand new set done on 5/6 and they lifted far before today.) I do regular ol office work like typing and picking up a phone occasionally so none of my nails should be lifting right? Wrong. I picked up a folder today and one of my nails bent off my natural nail to the point I yelped out in pain with an expletive. Not lady like at all but it hurt just that badly. So now I'm sitting here with some $2.99 KISS glue from CVS (for the first time in my life) trying to save myself. I don't give a damn about how cute this place is, they'll never touch my fingers again. You messed up the shape and the execution? Totally not worth it. read more

Do not go here for gel!!!! Got a French tip gel manicure on Friday, the next morning two had chipped, went back to get the two fixed. They fixed them no problem. The next day, three more had chipped. The atmosphere and set up of the salon is nice, but that's about it. They weren't very nice and my shellac nails lasted maybe 8 days before they were so bad I had to soak and remove them myself. The service was also rushed (which is usually no problem for me if it's done well), and I generally have pretty low standards across the board when it comes to a nail salon. I went one time before and didn't get GREAT service but I wanted to give it a second try. The tech that did my pedicure didn't speak any English but she smiled at me quite a bit. They wanted to do my full set at the same time as my pedi. I've done this at other salons before but this time it caused the experience to not be relaxing at all. I only get nail services about three times a year or for special occasions. Therefore when I spend $106, I expect to have an amazing experience, which I did not. I'm paying $15 extra for gel polish and they didn't have the first color I chose off their palate. The second color I chose required an additional $5 upgrade fee. The third color I chose, the guy doing my nails said it wouldn't look like that. Frustrated by this time, I settled on a color I really didn't like. Then the man didn't want to put a tip on my pinky because he said it was "long enough". See the pic that it looks different. He cut me two times. Wasn't really speaking. Spent $106. I want to go back tomorrow and ask for a tip on my pinky and a color change, but I just don't feel like arguing. read more

If I could rate this a 0, I would. Horrible customer service. $28 for someone to do a horrible pedicure on me and have nasty stares / attitude the whole time I was there. If you're going to act like asking paying customers if they want a drink is going to be the end of the world, then why even have the option of having drinks on site? Absolutely no form of communication within employees either in regards of knowledge of what you want, but they sure can stare and look at customers, speak a different language, and laugh amongst themselves. There was a lady who got her eyebrows completely waxed off on one side, and the male (who seemed to be the manager on duty at the time) acted like she was trash and didn't want to deal with her at all. I only found out about the situation because he was ignoring her and making faces as he was charging me for my crappy pedicure while she was letting him know of the situation. Will never go back.
