I have used this UPS center for years, more than 20 yrs. I have NEVER had a problem with DELIVERY or with returning packages. The lady at the counter is ALWAYS helpful and patient and kind. NEVER had ANY problem with her. Delivery is to my home here in Flagstaff. NEVER had a package late or broken AND they have ALWAYS, without exception been ON TIME. FedEx is NEVER on time. I highly recommend both UPS as a consistently good delivery service AND HIGHLY recommend this paticular center, there on Huntington. Too bad there are poop emojis that people could use to rate how bad the service was or is! The driver got out of the truck, WITHOUT my package, he then leaned on the top of my gate and looked over it. He pulled out a sticky note, from his pocket and left it on my gate. I was in my driveway walking to the gate when he returned to the truck and drove off. The "Sorry we missed you" note has NOTHING listed or checked on it. The package has my phone number on it. My account on line gives authorization to leave packages that require a signature within the LARGE delivery box at my gate. WHY does UPS have such HORRIBLE service? Too lazy to call the phone number on the gate or the box? It's an hour+ from my house to the local UPS depot, one way! MOST LIKELY, NOT getting my package tomorrow either. After years of horrible customer service, this office is now "permanently closed". I discovered this after driving 20 miles to pick up a package that was being "held for pickup", allegedly at my request (NOT!). Two local Flagstaff numbers were taped to the door "for local help"....but no one answered either number. There is no evidence that UPS has made even the tiniest effort to inform customers of an alternate package pickup location, despite the fact that some of us must drop to "pickup" for 4 or 5 months each year when the roads to our homes are made impassable by snow. Good riddance to a seriously horrible local office, but someone at corporate should ensure that an alternate location is available. read more

I recently moved to town. UPS said they would not deliver as they could not find my address, then said invalid address. I called in 3 times to correct this, finally told it was all straightened out : still no packages. I went in to Huntington location and although closed, managed to speak with an employee. I showed ID, a certificate of occupancy, and a Fed ex package with address on it , and finally they gave me my UPS packages. One was an important financial document. Now again a week later, I am being told my address is invalid. Very frustrating, not sure what is going on with UPS in Flagstaff. USPS and Fed EX: no problems with delivery. claiMed the address was wrong when it was a known location, prominant hotel location, tourist destination 100% correct address. I believe they wouldn't show up because of snow conditions, and later claimed the address was in error. I double checked my shipping label and delivery instructions and all were correct. google the address and it shows correct. I don't know why this location is allowed to keep doing this! read more

I honestly don't know how these guys haven't been cracked down on by corporate. One day the driver will show up at 8AM and the next day they won't be here till 8PM that is if the drivers haven't lost your package while it's out for delivery. My old ups driver where I used to live you could set your watch based on when he arrived and he always remembered to deliver my packages. These guys maybe they'll deliver it the day it says out for delivery or maybe they'll deliver the next day or again the next and if the drivers do anymore than throwing your package at your door from ten feet away it's a miracle. read more

UPS has been of late absolutely horrible. Almost every single item that I have ordered that shipped UPS has been late or in a few cases been lost and never found. I even had one package that was listed as on the truck and out for delivery never arrive. When inquiries were made it was not found. Still don't have it. If you have a choice use a different service. Even USPS has been better. read more

This place does not care about their customers. Sometimes they just decide not to deliver to our house and business if there are too many packages. They don't even give notice they're holding them for pick up. I have to figure it out on my own when the packages simply don't show up for a week. Lazy! read more

I had a package scheduled for delivery. The tracking said delivery today. They said I requested a later delivery date. I did not. I had been waiting all day for it. I called and they had forgotten to put it on the truck. If you come right now you can pick it up. Their hours are listed till 5:30 pm. But they are closed now, new hours. I close my store and run over there. they can't find it. Finally they find it. Just remember UPS doesn't care about you or your package. They can lose, break or screw up just about anything. I would give them a rating, but they don't have any number that is negative. read more

I am livid. I am 65 years old and on oxygen 24/7. The driver that just "delivered" a package is a total jerk. Every other driver brings the boxes to my front door. There is one driver that I am not sure if he is a substitute or what but when he is running behind he decides to leave a 38 lb box at the top of my stairs. This is the second time. Both were about the same situation. This time though, I tried to pick it up, fell, dropped the box and fell down the stairs after it. I am livid. I will be at the UPS office on Monday. I had a phone delivered as I recently switched providers. Package needed a signature, which would have required me to stay home from work and wait for it, so I opted to have it held at the facility instead. Got a notification it would be ready for pickup the next business day. Perfect. So the next day I get an email saying they've sent it for delivery again. Again, I went in and selected hold for pickup. Now it isn't going to be ready to be picked up until the NEXT day. This went on and I was not able to pick up my package for three days because they kept delivering the damn thing. Had it been anything other than a phone, it would have been a mere annoyance. But my new cell carrier had activated the phone that was repeatedly and incorrectly being delivered. Which meant my old phone no longer worked. Which meant I was without cell service for three days because they wouldn't hold the fucking package for more than 10 minutes before sending it for delivery, despite that I'd specifically and repeatedly requested to have it HELD FOR PiCKUP. When I finally got to pick up the package, and informed the employee of this, I was met with a blank, careless stare. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Worst UPS in Flagstaff. One package was delivered to another town. Another package was delivered twice to the wrong address in the same day . Then another time the driver could not find my address I have to talk him on the phone and guide him to my home. Then I was home waiting for my package delivery the driver never knocked on mt front door or beeped the horn to let me know he was there but just left a tag on the door saying he would be back the next day. The next day came I asked him that I was at home the day before he said he did not give a dam about my package. read more

This UPS center is horrible. I live in rural places. I understand that deliveries can be an issue, but this place is ridiculous. In 3 years they have never once delivered a package to me. FedEx comes to my door. USPS delivers but no UPS. Unfortunately most websites I order through do not give you a carrier preference, so I'm stuck with these bozos. The majority of my packages get left at random businesses in town, but I never get a call saying where and they fraudulently sign my name and say it was delivered to my address. I've had over a thousand dollars worth of equipment delivered and no one knew where it was, even the drive couldn't remember where he left it. I believe this kind of behavior is against company policy, but this center continues its gross negligence. Recently, I tried to get a package held at the center. I called early in the morning before the trucks leave and was told that they had the package and it was on hold waiting for me. I drive the hour and a half to the center, and they told me they put it on the truck. They told me the drive could drop it off in town for me, so I tell them where. I drive the hour and a half home, that's three hours worth of driving, and I run into the truck in town. The guy doesn't even have my package. He calls back to the center and nobody knows where my package is, so I'm told to wait until 8 pm and they might find my package. So that has been my experience with this center for 3 years. read more
