Errol couldnt be more patient and helpful as he got it all packed up and ready to go. What I had not noticed was that because of the time and effort involved in getting my package mailed, there was a line of 5-6 people who ended up waiting in line behind me. So because of how cool and collected Errol had remained through the process, he never let on that people were waiting in line but handled all my needs in a swift and timely manner. Anything to do with mail is an annoyance for me, not my thing and I was doing a favor for a friend in mailing the laptop. Frankly I wasnt thrilled but Errol made what a typically painful experience for me to be handled friendly and efficiently.
