This is a counterfeit store masked as a cell phone repair business. I had a cell phone screen replaced on an s24fe. The repair person was quite rude and after the repair I experienced the forward facing cameras inoperational. I called the moment I noticed and the guy seamed willing to make the repair When I arrived after a 40 min 35 mile drive the repair guy was not willing to take a look. It seams the repair bussiness is an apartment or living space behind the counter. Smelled like food each time I arrived. The 1st time the business had an open sign on,but the door was locked. To Just Wireless, The original purchase price for your Lightning cable was $26.99 plus tax or about $30. Initially, I was impressed with the robust quality of the product. But It failed in about a a year. I delayed sending it back. In the interim, I bought 2 braided Lightning cables, both robust, for $8 apiece. They have been working fine. To get my refund, I would have to spend another $15 or about the cost of 2 cheaper cables. So I'd be into it for about $45 for one cable. I could buy 5 1/2 cheaper cables for what I'd have into your cable. It doesn't pencil out. And they're both made in China anyway. Not a great business model you have. When I went back in the employee was openly hostile and lied about their warranty, saying mine was not covered even though it was well within the stated one year warranty which is clearly printed on the wall. Thank you Just Wireless for encouraging me to educate myself on fake Airpods. I bought some Airpods last week for a price that was too good to be true.... Well when I tried them but the noise canceling did not work like my last pair. So I tried the "ear fit test" and they passed no matter what I did (even leaving them on the table). So I tried to update the firmware to the latest version, but no matter what I did, they would not update. Something seemed wrong with these. This is when I called Apple Support. I learned that if you are going to buy Airpods from a third party vendor - take the box and go to checkcoverage.apple.com. Scan the serial number and it should say they have not been purchased and coverage is valid. If the site says the coverage has expired, like mine did, think twice. But if you do buy them, look at the serial numbers - from Apple "With AirPods (2nd and 3rd generation) and AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generation), each AirPod also has its own serial number, printed on the AirPod itself. If you need to send in your AirPods or charging case for service, refer to the primary serial number, printed on the case lid" If the serial numbers, like mine, are the same on both Airpods and the case...they are fake. If the app shows a different serial number than the one printed on the case or each Airpod, like mine did....they are fake. Don't trust the information under Airpod settings on the iPhone, look at the printed serial numbers (my Iphone had different serial numbers in the Airpods settings than the ones printed on the case). There are many other nuanced differences between the real and the fake, but that's as far as I needed to go. Just Wireless was gracious and refunded my purchase, but when I asked the sales guy if he would check the others in the sales case to see if they were fake, he said "we have a lot of repairs to do, we might have time later". Thank you Just Wireless for this learning experience and I would encourage anybody else that finds a deal too good to be true - do your due diligence before buying. I have used Just Wireless for repairs and they have been great, but I think that if I buy stuff from them, I might pay a little more attention to things. read more

I've great things about this store and it's unfortunately not the case. I walked in interested in a phone or different plan and the not so professional clerk basically talked me out of the store with his vibe. It seems he didn't want to sell any products or plans, maybe I interrupted his social media time or gaming session he had going on in the back. We paid $400 to get my daughters IPhone 12 fixed two weeks before Christmas. She loves her phone and that's all she wanted for Christmas. $400 is a lot of money for us. When we picked up the phone my husband noticed that the screens weren't on correctly. He told the guy and the guy said it was fine and not to worry about it. We kept it in the car in a little box in the glove box until Christmas eve. We took it out to charge it so when my daughter unwrapped it it would be 100% ready to use. We noticed that it already had a crack on the back of the phone. And of course it's Christmas Eve with Christmas being the following day. So we didn't think the store would be open. My husband works in Camp Verda 4 days a week and I work 5-6 days a week. With only one vehicle so getting back to flagstaff isn't the easiest for us. We were also told that if anything happens to the phone there's a 90 day warranty. I just got off the phone with this place and the guy was rude and pretty much called me a lier. I'm very frustrated with this place but more so that I paid $400 for it to be in worse condition them it was in. And that the one thing my daughter wanted for Christmas she didn't get. Again $400 is a lot of money for our family. And now he's saying that the warranty doesn't cover her phone and that I'm being dishonest about what happened to it. If he doesn't fix it, I will be taking this to small claims court. I'm not one to write bad reviews or complain or be a 'Karen' but this situation is so not ok! Very bad service. Very expensive. And they are very rude. Honestly I should have just got her a new phone and would have if I knew this would be the end result. My advice is don't take your things here, just don't! read more

Extremely rude, dishonest, unhelpful. they sold me a phone telling me it would do the two things I explicitly wanted and they told me they could transfer my old phones info and content onto the new phone. Not only did the new phone not do one of the two things I said I wanted a phone for, they then charged me hundreds more dollars to upgrade to another phone that supposedly does what I originally, very clearly, asked for. Then, it took them over a month and more than a dozen trips into their store (plus five or six days where I had to leave my phone with them in the store, leaving me without a phone for the day), they were FINALLY able to transfer my old phone's into onto my new phone. When I expressed my displeasure that the thing they told me they could do easily still hasn't been done after a month and my time kept being wasted, they were rude, hostile, bombastic, and wouldn't let me speak... often insinuating that it's my fault this was taking so long because they've "never seen anyone with so many photos on their phone." (I had 2k photos on my phone, roughly) the owner, in particular was incredibly rude and condescending. Most of the workers there had no idea what they were doing. Luckily the gentleman with the long hair, Nate, was finally able to help me. He communicated clearly, respectfully and patiently. He was also the only employee who knew how to do what they'd told me they could do. Thank goodness I finally came in when he was working. This place wasted my time and money. And the manager was the rudest and must condescending of everyone. Thank goodness for Nate. I would definitely avoid this business. read more

Bro, over a year ago I went in because my phone was no longer charging and i figured I needed a new charging port. Ive had them replaced on the same phone before at other places and it wasn't all that cheap. Anyway, this Austin dude picked at the port and did some other magic and said I didn't need one because it just had pocket lint all up in it. They could have easily had me pay for a new charging port and I never would have known. So I vowed to come back for all my phone repair needs. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU LOGAN!!!! I have been trying to fix my IPhone 7 Plus for about a month kept telling me the phone storage was full. Looked it up online and it said to reset phone to factory settings. Every time I tried to reset it the phone would never complete the process. I was so frustrated after trying like 10 times. I took my phone in because the battery seemed to be acting up and while it was in the store the battery actually burned and destroyed most of the phone. The staff gave me a replacement phone and were able to save all my data, which was quite amazing based on the condition of the phone I brought in for service. What was perhaps even more amazing was they didn't charge me a dime for the replacement phone. I even tried to pay them but they wouldn't accept any money. I was sold a used iphone6 with a dying battery for $260. I didn't realize it was faulty until after the 30 day battery warranty offered by Just Wireless. It would be fully charged when I turned the phone off and 0 charge when I turned it on. I went to Electronics Repair Plus in Cottonwood (520-800-3756) and they tested the battery. It was way overdue for a new battery. They replaced it for $60 and told me that they would have replaced the battery for me for free had they sold me the phone. What's more, they said they sell the same phone for less. To me, it's a lot of money to spend for something that was this far gone. Just Wireless must not have done a battery check on it - or didn't care. I won't buy there again. Not a good experience. read more
