My experience with Gadget Phix has been fantastic. I broke my Galaxy S6 screen 3 times this summer (0/5 stars for Samsung, not a durable phone) and they replaced it within a few days every time. The second time I came back, Chad recognized me and gave me a discount without me even asking for it, only charging me for parts required to replace the screen. The third time, he again took pity on me, charging me a mere half the price of the screen and taking on the additional cost. In addition, the other guy who works there hooked me up with a tempered glass screen protector for almost as cheap as I could have bought one online. And he installed it perfectly in seconds, which is something I never could have done on my own. tl;dr these guys are competent profesionals with great customer service and you should go to them if anything goes wrong with your smartphone hardware. read more

No complaints here. The technician named Chad is awesome he took parts out of his own iPad just to fix mine because I needed it in time to do my taxes. Now my iPad works wonderful and haven't had any problems with it. On another occasion I had a locked iPhone 5S so I called Chad and he told me to bring it in. when I did he ran software to access it and made it unlocked where I could use the device. Then on another issue I had dropped my friends phone into a pool where it was fully submerged in water and did not work at all. so I took it into Chad where he took it apart and repaired all water damage including stickers. This guy that works at Gadget Fix is truly amazing at what he does. And never once did I overpay. If I ever have any other problems with any electronics Whether it be with a Xbox or PlayStation cell phones iPads I will take it to chad at Gadget Fix. read more

While in Flagstaff for a mancation, my iPhone decided to slide 30 feet down my friends driveway. The folks at Gadget Phix had the busted screen fixed in about an hour while I sampled some of the local brews next door at Majerle's. The team at GP did a fantastic job, unfortunately, after getting back home to Atlanta the screen seemed to short out, as the screen was somewhat grainy and there was a bar at the bottom. I spoke to the owner and he immediately rectified the situation from across the country. It seems as if I just received a faulty part, but GP made it right in the end. They are fast, efficient, and most importantly, deliver top-notch customer service. I would whole heartidly recommend them, and while I hope to never need their services again, would definitely use them in the future. read more

The staff and management at Gadget Phix work hard to earn their five-star rating, but they definitely deserve it! I dropped my S7 and damaged the screen quite badly - they repaired it in 45 minutes and replaced the cracked back panel for free. When I discovered other problems with the phone (due to my dropping it), they immediately provided me with a replacement phone that included a case and screen protector at a bargain price. These guys are prompt, professional, and communicative. They work outside the box to find a solution for their customers, and it's a pleasure to spend time in their shop. These guys have replaced my broken screens on my phone twice and it was quick and for a reasonable price. No problems. I just bought a new phone online and had trouble copying my contacts info to the new phone. I tried everything I could think of with no success. So, I took the phones to GadgetPhix and the guy transferred the data while I was there. I didn't have to leave my phones there. I am so relieved. So I asked them "how much?" and he told me "nothing". Took my Samsung Galaxy 5 for what I thought was a cracked screen. Turns out it was only the cover, which Gadget Phix replaced for $10. I then proceeded to drop my phone at another time and completely cracked the screen which no longer worked. I returned to Gadget Phix and they completely repaired my phone back to working condition! These guys are great! This was my second visit to GadgetPhix. The first visit was to replace a cracked iphone screen. It was so bad it looked like a car had run over my phone. About an hour later, my phone was completely fixed and ready to go. Just this morning I went in because my phone wasn't holding a charge. These guys are great!!!! Traveling from Tennessee toward the Grand Canyon, I dropped my cellphone at the painted desert and smashed my iPhone camera lens. I was sick. We stayed overnight in Flagstaff and first thing in the morning went to search to find a place to get it fixed. The Verizon store guy recommended these guys and they were spot on. Gadget Phix is the best phone repair store in Flagstaff in service, responsiveness, and price. They have the lowest price you can get for a replaced screen in flagstaff. Any other place I called was charging at least double on the same service. Additionally they quoted me an hour to fix my phone but had completed after a half an hour. I would definitely recommend the crew at Gadget Phix for phone repair! I was able to get a new screen to replace my cracked screen in about 30 minutes. They were able to give new life to my Xbox 360 by fixing the "Open Tray Error" issue. The self help fixes for this you find online really don't work. You need someone with some technical know-how to replace the laser lens and/or disk tray, and these guys could. Thank you. read more
