Called about 10 minutes before they closed wanting to inquire about getting a package delivered there. Voice message said they were with other customers. I left my name and phone number, sure I wouldn't receive a callback that day, BUT to my surprise, Eric called me back after hours! Gave me all my options for receiving a package, and said he'd call me when the package arrived. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the over-the-top customer service, the friendliness and efficiency. My son just moved to flagstaff and we needed to get some papers notarized. I called Mail Box Plus to see if there was a notary on-site and there was! The person who answered was very nice and explained the $10 fee per signature. We drove right over and parked in their private parking lot. When we walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady and she told us where to stand and she'd get the notary. The notary was nice and accommodating. I had a package sent to them from Phoenix because DHL couldn't find my apartment and these people insured me every time I called that they would help me by signing for it and letting me know they have it I called SO many times to make sure. Great place to drop off packages that I can't put in my mailbox. Efficient, friendly staff. My only complaint is the very short time they're open on Saturdays- and the late opening time (12-4). They have their own little parking lot that's shared with others in the building. I've never had any issues with parking- always plenty! read more

Needed a title notarized. Went in. Jill kinda weird about me going over to the table in the corner to complete the whole thing. She comes over writes in her book, collects my id then gets all KAREN like because I filed out the title and signed it before I came in. She exclaims in the most KAREN voice "you're suppose to wait to sign it in front of me. That's the whole point of a notarized public". Should of just walked out then. Told her she didn't have to complete the transaction that I'd take my business else where. She snaps that she already filled out her book and the charge would be $10. I'll be taking my business to the UPS store for anything notarized. Shipping I'll stick the the post office or fedex and ups stores. Went in here to get a mailbox because I needed a shipping address in Flagstaff while up here visiting my daughter at NAU. Walked in an entrance that was unlocked and had hours and the business's name on it. An unpleasant older red-headed woman was blowing her nose violently behind the counter. She chastised us for coming in the backdoor. Why was it unlocked and labeled if it was an unacceptable entrance? The woman finished blowing her nose, wiped her hands without washing them and met us at the front. She went over options with us, during this time my daughter called me 'Dad' at least 3x. When it came time for me to show my ID to get the mailbox, this woman points at my daughter and asks IF WE'RE MARRIED. My daughter is in college, but she is frequently mistaken for a much younger teen (she literally got a 12 & under kid's menu given to her twice at restaurants on the trip here to college this fall), I am in my 60s. Between the COVID filled germy nose blowing and this perverted worker, I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

This place is a total scam. Besides randomly hearing the owners fight and bicker with each other while customers are in the shop, I have used this place for mail for convenience, and was told I was receiving competitive rates from their bulk account. This is further from the truth. Since they are a private company, that uses other mail service, they can "legally" increase the prices of the USPS shipping and other shipping rates, and you are none the wiser. They do this to sell FEDex shipping service to make it look like that service is the cheapest. They double the USPS prices by and they keep the profit. I was very upset when One day I went to USPS post office to ship, and it was half what I was paying at Mail Box Plus. I spoke to the postal lady and she even confirmed these companies do this. I could NEVER trust this company EVER AGAIN! The told me I was getting the best rate, only to scam me and not be transparent! They have their "computer" tell you what the system says, but they use these fake rates to make tons of money while looking like they are the good guys. They are total scammers! read more

Ive been going to Mail Box Plus in Flagstaff since it opened in 1983 and its still the best pack and ship. They give you choice of UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL so you can pick fastest, cheapest, safest way to ship. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. They have P.O Boxes where I receive my mail and packages too. Lots of parking, no long lines, close to Walgreens on Milton and Safeway University where I shop. Why go anywhere else? read more
