The units accept autopay, it is easy to call them and switch over your card if you need to, and their pricing is amazing compared to some of the other places in Flagstaff! They offer many different sizes of units as well, and while they're called 'mini storage' they do have some pretty amazing larger units available as well! I've only used the units on the ground floor (3 different units in 2 different sizes over the years), so I can't say much on the upstairs units for the smaller sizes, but my units were always great! They have tall ceilings so you can really stack your stuff up there too! Seriously, 10 out of 10 I highly recommend these storage units! I'll never use another so long as I'm in Flagstaff!

As a college student attending Northern Arizona University, Woodlands Village is pretty much…read moreeveryone's first option when seeking summer storage being that it is conveniently located very close to the college. I first used their services my freshmen year with my Hapa Hawaiian Club. However, besides moving my things in and out of the unit with my advisor, I didn't really deal with anything else first hand. Our club rented out a unit (not sure of the exact size but it was about the size of a small room) and we all just chipped in for the deposit. $50 for the entire summer while I'm in Hawaii? Not bad for my share at all. They had huge roller carts for use - long flat horizontal ones and tall vertical ones - which was convenient so we didn't have to really carry anything with a struggle. Moved my things in and out, no problem. The second time I used them my sophomore year, my own storage plans failed and it was down to the day I was leaving Arizona and I had absolutely NOWHERE to store my belongings. I was leaving the state in a few hours and was freaking out because I had exhausted all options to no avail. Called a bunch of storage places thinking Woodlands would already be filled being that school was already over and everyone had pretty much already moved out. Most of the other storage places were either too expensive monthly or were too far out for my convenience. Decided to just try and call Woodlands and to my surprise, they had the exact size unit I needed and for only $46 a month. I was told to go online and reserve the unit and it was as easy at 1-2-3. Everything was straight forward with all the need to know information. With just a click, the unit was mine and there was absolutely no stress or hassle. Got to the office and it was a very big, lodge-style, comfy/homey, clean lobby and I was greeted by a warm lady who quickly and professionally already had all papers ready in a folder with my name on it and an envelope with all my forms/keys being that I only reserved the unit a few hours prior. She explained everything I needed to know and gave me thorough directions on how to navigate through the units and how to get to mine. She was very friendly and the process was easy and no complications! My unit was on the second floor and I had absolutely no trouble moving my things in thanks to their elevator that is used to transport everything to the second floor and to their carts I mentioned earlier. The unit was the perfect size and fit all my things in to the tee. I pay my monthly fees online and again, their setup is easy as 1-2-3. I get it paid in 2 seconds. Their facilities are clean and professional and everything you expect. I will definitely always use them while I'm here in Flagstaff.
