Yes, INSIDE. Don't freeze during the winter, rent a unit inside the building, if you can. The secure circle lock is included in the price. Theresa in the office is great. Days off are Wednesday and Sunday but access is 7 days a week, til 9pm. Theresa made sure I got a unit close the door since I hurt my leg and I don't have to walk far inside from my car. The units accept autopay, it is easy to call them and switch over your card if you need to, and their pricing is amazing compared to some of the other places in Flagstaff! They offer many different sizes of units as well, and while they're called 'mini storage' they do have some pretty amazing larger units available as well! I've only used the units on the ground floor (3 different units in 2 different sizes over the years), so I can't say much on the upstairs units for the smaller sizes, but my units were always great!
