I've gone to this UPS store for years because they have been friendly and efficient but this time the guy they've hired was surly and rude. I looked around at the other employees and they were sullen... this one guy had changed the atmosphere and tone of the store. I asked the guy to retape the top opening, because the tape had detached...he put tape on top of the tape that had come up...with no new contact...so that was useless. He then put the box on the pile and was so dismissive -- clearly done with me...I left. Now I'm worried that the contents will dump out. I won't be using this store anymore. read more

The staff is super helpful & friendly. They're able to help with a lot regarding mailing things which I didn't realize so I'll be saving myself the dreaded post office trips from now on. Pro tip: bring your own box because they're pricy here lol, but $5 saved my lazy self from having to deal with USPS so I decided to send & spend rather than use a box from home today lol. Oops, but worth it! I was able to have them print my prepaid mailing label & just had them scan my phone for an Amazon return. The clerk then asked me what I needed, I told her 6 sheets of white printer paper... She says no problem, goes into her printer, and gives me 6 pieces of paper. Saved the day!! This place is beautiful I came directly here after wasting a good mood and loads of time at the United States post office. Upon entering to see no line and greeted with a "How may I help you". I placed my package directly on the scale and requested some box tape to seal up my package. Brandie my attendant sealed it and continued to provide outstanding customer service. Mailing my package was very affordable. The entire customer service experience was outstanding. This is a system that has taken an old archaic system and refreshed it with modernization. I asked that the shipping sticker be put on a certain side because there were multiple items being shipped in the box and I wanted certain items to be on top (including a handmade gift that I didn't want ruined). The employee acknowledged my request, and then slapped the sticker on the wrong side immediately after. They totally ignored my request & either didn't listen at all or didn't care. I only requested that one thing - it wasn't a difficult task & wouldn't take more than 2 seconds. They also left me before the transaction was finished to help a different customer, and I was unable to correct the issue because of this. This isn't the first time UPS employees have left me to help with customers either. read more

Jesse saw I was a bit frazzled and checked in on me a few times. He also did not charge me for having to sign in and out of the computer three times, even though it was my fault and not his. I worked with this store to have a piece of computer equipment shipped. In April I came to the store and asked if they could package and ship the piece of equipment. They assured me a number of times that they could provide the extra packaging necessary to ship my equipment correctly. At the time they recommend that I purchase insurance because if something they pack is damaged they would cover the damages. When my shipment arrived it was very damaged and the box looked like it had not been packaged well. When I informed the store what had happened they asked that I provide photos and fill out a loss report. I completed that step immediately and the store told me they would get back to me. After waiting 2 and not hearing anything I went to the store and they did not know anything and told me they would get back to me. After another week without contact I went to the store again and they told me UPS could not reach the person that the equipment was shipped to. I immediately contacted the person I shipped the equipment to and he said UPS was their daily and had been discussing the shipment with him. I let the store know that information and they told me they would get back to me with an update. I waited another week without contact and called and spoke to the manager. He told me he did not know what was going on and would resubmit the photos and claim. This same routine continued until 2 weeks ago when the owner of the store called and said that she would make good on their mistake and would send a check if they did not here from UPS. As you can expect it is two weeks later and I have not heard anything and the owner did not honor the commitment made. The store keeps hiding behind UPS even though they were the ones who packaged the equipment. I hope my experience is helpful for others. read more

My family has had a mailbox here for years, we've had extensive experience with this location. I would advise anyone to steer clear and maybe find an alternative. I ordered a $3500 set of binoculars which were shipped directly from the manufacturer to my mailbox at the UPS store in flagstaff at 2700 Woodlands #300. When I went in to pick up my package they informed me that it wasn't there. We ran tracking and discovered that they had actually given my package to another individual! They tried to get in touch with this person, whom was actually out of town and not available. I'm self-employed and had purchased the binoculars for a hunt I had with a client, with whom I had scheduled the weekend for scouting and looking over different game. The binoculars, of course were key to this. Despite me now being out a $3500.00 set of binos, I'm now out of work as well...and the owner wouldn't even talk to me!! Extremely poor customer service. We had to get the Flagstaff police department involved- fortunately there was evidence via tracking and check-in info. What a nightmare. I paid extra for insurance and paid them to package an original framed water color. When it arrived in Florida the glass was busted so UPS shipped it back to this location. I agreed it wasn't a $500 problem but simply needed to be taken apart and reglassed and put back together. So instead of handling it they gave it to me to do which cost two trips to Michaels and $36 plus the trip back to their store to reship to Florida. The hilarious part was that they really thought that they were giving me great service by shipping it back for free! I asked for the $36 and they said they couldn't give it to me cause the owner wasn't in, however I left the receipt and my contact info. I never got my check and I never heard a word. I keep meaning to get in there to ask for my $36 but work has been preventing this and why do I have to spend my time chasing it down? I paid extra for insurance and paid them to package it for me and I was treated like it was my fault and made to do the work of fixing it and was never reimbursed. read more
