I am out of town quite a bit and the she had recommended I call in for vacation holds when I am out of town. Why pay for service when I do not have a pick up...makes sense. She's gone and another gal Stephanie...does not have a clue as to what great customer service is. When I saw some vacatoin holds were not deducted from my bill, I called. She proceeded to tell me I can only have a couple a year! I ask her why pay for service when I am out of town! She was rude! I asked to speak with her manager. He was worse! Must be the guy the other review speaks of. I cancelled service with last pick up on 7/14. They still have not picked up their container. I called on 7/25 and spoke with Karen. She said Stephanie had never put in the system! Steer clear of this disposal company! Looks like they're going downhill!

Flag Hauling is more than a hauling and excavation company, their landscaping abilities are top…read morenotch. Flag Hauling converted a post construction rodent infested rock pile into a peaceful trail and forest outlook. Jesse from Flag Hauling kicked butt for a week to finish this project. They showed up every morning on time with the heavy machinery (Excavator, skid-steer loaders, compactor) and manpower to take on a complex project, often working through lunch to finish on time. There were many challenges. The fresh driveway could easily be damaged. They utilized plywood and dirt filler to prevent wear and tear. Understanding water erosion, drainage, stacking huge boulders and minimizing damage to the natural environment were some of the advanced skills required of Flag Hauling. Good communication, fair price, trustworthy, hard working, prompt, environmentally aware are just a few of the attributes Jesse and his team bring to a complex project. As a bonus, created a sled run with safety berm.

I thought that effort was above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I highly recommend JT waste.
