Interestingly, there is normally a shortage of dryers during busy periods. The owner should focus on keeping those dryers up and running so they could put more laundry ($$) through the place. A couple of times, I have actually left with my wet laundry and gone somewhere else to dry. Other than that, a pretty good clean, rinse is a little light and leaves a bit of detergent behind. Machines don't do as good of job as the Dexter machines I have used elsewhere, but they are better than average.

One of my…read morewash loads didn't spin & 1/2 way thru cycle went out of order.. all washers shut off @7pm (it was 704pm) the young man "in charge" was unable to assist in anyway so I could run load again. The locals say the place has always been bad, but recently getting much worse. Do better or sell your business to someone who will.

Dear White Flag Coin-Op…read more.. Without you, I'd never have clean clothes throughout the entirety of my senior year of college, how can you thank a business for something so significant? It's hard. Reliable, yes. White Flag is a community staple, which is slightly more important than my hygiene. As a proud owner of a washer & dryer, I'd still go back to visit White Flag to do a couple loads if I was up north - because it was just that great. Right next to Biffs Bagels & Macy's (free wi-fi, yes) and it's probably the only place I sat down and read The Lumberjack. Why am I the first to review this rockin' laundramat, it makes no sense.

Our clothes were done before the date they expected & Angie left me a voicemail letting me know. There is also a laundromat inside the same building with the laundromat. I asked if there was another laundromat close by I was told that All-Star was close by, but they would not recommend them. Well, I would highly recommend All-Star since they stay open later and I was actually able to get my clothes washed. The Loggermat in Flagstaff is every cliche you would expect. And yet, I really like and support…read morethe place, and not all cliches are negative. It certainly is not easy to own or operate a machine-based business, and I respect the efforts the owners and/or staff make to provide a much needed service to all of us. Generally, the machines are maintained in clean working order, and the pricing is fair for the market, with the dryers being the better value over the washers. In the washers, my clothes always come out more damp than at home, which is something the owners could address. But the dryers kick ass and usually make up for it. It is a very busy spot, and sometimes there is a wait for the specific type of machine I may want. Even then, I usually do wait, reading or visiting with other patrons. I am usually the only Bilagaana in the place, as it mainly attracts a Native American clientele. But I am always greeted when I come in the door, and friendly assistance is always available when I need it. Best of all, Sam, is one of the most pleasant and reliably helpful individuals I have ever seen in a laundry mat or other similar business. She is genuinely welcoming and totally able, and is always working to keep the place clean and ready for all of us. She is excellent when assisting us with machine problems or any other need. Her truly friendly demeanor easily spans the otherwise cultural divide that is typically present under similar circumstances in other businesses in Flagstaff. Sam, you are a wonderful person and I thank you for all you give the place!!
