I have a 2,700 square foot house and except for the kitchen and bathrooms it's all carpeting. The carpets, especially in the high traffic areas, were really starting to look bad. I also had a few areas where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Nathan came over and gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He scheduled us for the next week and only asked that we take small items off of the floor and tables and they'd move the rest. They actually showed up a bit early. Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. More expensive than the national chains (for good reason!) but well worth it. read more

I had Spots do my 3 rooms of carpet. They were not the cheapest bid but they did a very good job so I felt like the price they charged was fair. I would use them again. read more

Nathan was so accommodating to our scheduling needs! Overall great customer service and communication.

EXCELLENT!! My cat had peed on my carpet. Spots replaced the pad and cleaned the carpet. It looks and smells new. Great prices, great service. Nathan is highly professional. He even tried to talk me out of doing the cleaning because the cat may pee on the carpet again. But I was willing to take the chance, and he did an amazingly good job. Spots is the only Flagstaff carpet cleaner to use. read more

Spots sent two techs. They showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. The carpets look amazing and all spots were removed to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable. read more

I had a room with a very stubborn pet odor smell, I vacuum often and have a shampooer and tried to do everything I could by myself but could never get that room to smell right. Finally caved, called around town for carpet cleaning and some patches to be repaired and Spots was the most affordable but also the most professional to chat with. My quote came with some options and schedule was painless. And WOW, now that the job is done I can say that room smells like nothing!in a good way! I smell absolutely nothing but clean air, I love it, could not be happier!! read more

I spoke with Leslie to set up a carpet cleaning. Nathan came out, and within a few hours, our carpets looked almost new again. He found the spots where a friend's dog had urinated on our carpet (over 40 times!) and removed most of the urine smell. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain that the carpet cleaning solution isn't harmful to my children. They aren't the cheapest I'm town, but you get what you pay for in carpet cleaning. I will definitely have them back again! read more

Unbelievable. A company that communicates and does what they say. Price was a little higher than the last guy we had. But worth every penny. Corner protection on all frames. Carpets weren't soaking wet. Used fans to dry carpets. Worked after 6:00pm on a Friday. Will use them again for sure. read more

Very professional crew and very fair price. Well WORTH the money. I think my rugs and sofa look better then new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They have a customer for life. read more

The work was very good and the staff was very kind and professional. The prices were a bit more than I had hoped, but the carpet and couch REALLY needed cleaning, so I sucked it up and paid their prices. They got all of the stains out by pre-treating everything. They used a protectant (which was part of the higher cost), so hopefully we won't need the carpets cleaned as often. read more

My grout situation had gotten to the point where I would cry every time I mopped the floor. It sounds crazy-but I had been working with other people to fix the problem and it was clear that they didn't care. By the time I had contacted Spots, I was fed up. They took extra time and care to make sure my floors looked the way I wanted them to. Nathan took time to explain aspects of the job which I really appreciated. The floors look great and they have gained a customer for life. read more

I am extremely happy with the customer service and communication of this company. Speaking with Lesley over the phone when I scheduled was easy, she is very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I was dealing with some specialty stains for a commercial building carpet cleaning. I was not able to be present myself when the technician Glen arrived which is why the communication was so important to me. I was able to speak with Glen over the phone when he arrived he was very helpful and even took some after pictures of the carpet cleaning when he was done for me. Spots Carpet Care took care of everything I needed! I highly recommend them! Thank You! read more

Nathan came to clean what was the worst mess ever! It had flooded through the ceiling into the next bathroom and even the carpet. He came in and got it done about a week!! We recently purchased a home in Munds Park, AZ. Both ceilings and walls needed to be painted and the carpet needed to be cleaned & restretched. Thanks to a recommendation from a flooring company I was able to get it all done by Spots Carpet Care of Flagstaff. I couldn't be happier with the result & with Nathan. He went over & above expectations with prompt service & exceptional results. The house looks like new inside with the fresh paint (no extraneous paint spots!), and the carpet looks brand new with no more wrinkles to trip on. Since it was off-season for the company the price was excellent! In addition to everything else, Spots left the house, dare I say it, spotless! Thank you, Nathan and Leslie! read more

They did a fantastic job. I have not had my carpets cleaned since I purchased it 9 years ago. They showed up exactly the time they said, they got my carpets SO CLEAN and the actual cost came in under the "guessed" price when I made the appointment. I could not have been happier with the service or individuals that I interacted with. read more

This company is amazing! Very professional, amazing cleaning and repair services. We will be using Spots Carpet Care for years to come.

Requested carpet cleaning service and tile cleaning as well and appt. was set up to have manager or owner to do the consult. Measurements were taken and a written quote was given to do a total square footage of approximately 1900 sq. ft. for $$$. I asked whether the carpet would be treated with a deodorizer and was assured that this was "included & standard". I then asked if the stone tiles were going to be resealed after the cleaning of the tiles and I was informed that was a part of the "included standard package". Appt. day: From the get go, two service technicians arrived and proceeded to set their equipment to clean the carpets first. One of the technicians immediately asked if he could use one the bathroom and I informed him that it was okay to do so but use the guest bathroom near the foyer. They then informed me that it was best if I was not present during the cleaning but I stated I need to remain in order to move furniture or such if needed be. This was not taken too well by one of the technicians. Carpet and tiles were cleaned and technicians began to pack up their equipment and they presented the bill. I asked if they were going to come back later to reseal the stone tiles and the lead technician stated that was not part of the service, but I informed him that I was told by the owner who had informed us that was part of the service for cleaning stone tiles (included as part of the stone cleaning service package). I then stated there must be some sort of mistake and asked if I could speak to the manager to clear up the confusion. The lead technician grew irate and turned red and called his supervisor or manager. I then was informed that I would be contacted shortly and they had to go. I asked if they had another service call and the technician stated no. I waited for a call back from the manager & 10 min. later received a call back and spoke to the manager outside the house due the fans being set out in front of the carpet areas for drying. The manager stated that it was not a part of the service but I informed him that HE was the one that stated it was a part of the package for stone cleaning. I then requested it be completed and stated that I would pay the additional amount. After getting off the phone, the manager spoke to the two technicians via phone and released them after I paid them but only after the lead tech (Trevor) used the bathroom again. Never did he once say thank you, but it goes without saying with some people. The same lead technician handed me the receipt & nearly shoved me my receipt and even though, I said "Thank you", he walked off and looked back angrily with his red face and clenched fists. Charming. Needless to say, I did have the floors resealed by the manager himself and yes, we paid him an additional amount to have this "included package deal". He also defended his technician's bad behavior, which leads me to believe the company tolerates bad & disrespectful behavior toward customers. It is my hope that Spot's reads this review, and TRULY turns a new leaf & holds people accountable for their disrespectful behavior and be more honest and/or upfront in how their technicians conduct themselves. I gave them 2 stars overall. They cleaned my carpets & tiles as requested but they did manage to leave scuff marks on my wall with their machines. It took a day and half for the carpet to dry and there was no deodorizer scent after it was dry. This review would have EASILY been a 5/5 with stars if the manager/owner was honest & upfront about the estimate, the disrespectful employee was held accountable & made an apology (or that they were respectful & careful in the first place), and that they made no drywall, scuff marks on my wall (which will require some drywall repair now). Just be weary of their "included package deals" and monitor their technique to avoid having them scuff you in more ways than one. They do, however, on the positive side, use their own water and do a pretty thorough job. Moreover, Leslie, the company's coordinator, was very polite and professional at the time of scheduling the appointment. Just wished I had a better experience, and they would have had my business indefinitely. read more

Spots does have excellent customer care but more than that, they know how to clean carpets!! I have had them twice now and will continue to use them. They also did an excellent job cleaning a couch for us. The carpets dry very quickly too which is great. read more

Quite simply the BEST carpet care service in Flagstaff and possibly the state! Lesley was incredibly efficient and super friendly when it came to booking my appointment for carpet cleaning and pet treatment on a very tight schedule and Trevor was not only courteous and patient with me as I vented my frustrations over the condition of my carpet, but did the most thorough job one could ever ask for. Don't even think about calling anyone else! read more

Couldn't be happier!! My dog locked herself, twice into two different rooms, and destroyed the carpet trying to get out. I called spots carpet care and Leslie was very nice, great customer service. I was able to text her pics of the damage and she gave me a quote soon after. Nathan showed up to fix the carpet and he was very great! He was really kind to my two year old daughter and let her watch him while he worked. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling them to clean my carpets and if there is but hopefully not any future damages. read more

Spots carpet care sure is the best company I had the pleasure doing business with! The customer service is fantastic and so well informed, and they are so kind always smiling. My family and I love being barefoot on our clean carpets. Once they were done with our carpets it looked so brand new. They really do truly care for their customers and their needs. The prices are out of this world cheap. So worth the time, effort and price! I promise that no one who orders spots will be nothing but ecstatic with the results! Spots has my family and I for life! Thank you spots! read more

Spots is simply amazing! The owner, Nathan, came out and did a thorough walk-through, gave us a accurate quote for all the services we needed; Leslie was in contact with scheduling and updates; but most importantly they restored our carpet to nearly new. We had multiple pet accidents from aging dogs, traffic from lots of activity in the house, and some areas that needed to be stretched. The results are exceptional, I have never had such thorough attention to the cleaning process. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering carpet cleaning, whether you have a few small rooms or large areas which require extra attention. read more

Just had a great experience with Spots. Glen came out and was professional and thorough. He cleaned our old carpet better than it had been done before we moved in. We have three dogs and Glen did a great job deodorizing and making my carpet look livable again. He even moved my sectional couch and cleaned under it! These are my new go-to carpet guys. Good customer service to boot.. Thanks again! read more
