Two guys, Nathan and an assistant Rob. They went right to work and although they might have gotten a bit annoyed at my questions they were professional and respectful of the property. They were here all day; close to 8 hours. The carpets look great and we were able to remove the plastic under table and chair legs the next morning and put things back the way they were. They showed up on time and were friendly and were thorough in answering some of our questions about how to extend the life of our area rug and carpets.
