Recently, their quality of service, lack of leadership, and level of acceptable customer service have been disappointing. Last month the beds were left unmade, and today I incurred a $195 plumbing bill for a serious problem they reported but didn't exist. I immediately talked with the owner to find out the problem, and she refused to investigate or apologize for the error. I have terminated our business relationship.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was honestly surprised to see some lower-star reviews because my experience was wonderful. I only purchased two stickers, but I still felt appreciated as a customer. The little coffee shop is adorable and adds so much character to the place. These fine people got me through a 2- household out-of-state move beautifully. I had contact with about a dozen of these folks throughout the steps required for my move, and every one of them was polite and considerate. From the beginning, Maria coordinated things, and proved herself to be exceptional to work with. She surely had her hands full with me and my glitches, but was always professional and took the load off of me more than once. Excellent communication at all times. The move itself went smoothly, and they handled my things well on both ends. That included my grandfather's grandfather clock, which was even perfectly leveled for me after it was unloaded (first time in the dozen or so times that I've had the clock moved that leveling has even been offered). All the way through, they were quick and efficient, and it was a pleasure to hear and see them work together - an easy comraderie, and learned expectation of how each will move, regardless of which ones are on the job. Even the crew of 8 people that were present for one of the steps worked together quickly and flawlessly. During the long haul out of state, one ancient wooden item came apart at a couple of very old glue seams - not at all the fault of the movers - just vibrations. I hadn't asked for any special handling, and after looking at it in my home for decades, was not the least bit upset about it coming apart at the seams. But I was offered a partial refund anyway. No thanks; no need for that. However, I did sincerely appreciate the offer. Just another example of the integrity of this outfit. To be trusted. These people know exactly how to handle every step of the job from the first phone call through the follow up call after the move. Highly recommend!

Quick back story...my family and I rented an RV and upon set up in the Grand Canyon, our cargo key broke off in the lock! Not only did it break, but it broke at 11pm at night, so no one was open. I called all the locksmiths I could in the area, but all I reached was a rude man who seemed to run multiple local businesses under the same phone number or someone who didn't service the area. Until we talked to Blake! He noted that he wasn't in the area, but after hearing our story, and challenges with local businesses, he came to the rescue! Erick responded to my text inquiry and came out to look at my front and back yard and provided a reasonable quote for a one-time yard clean up (tree and bush trim, pine needle clean up, etc). When he came back to perform the service he did an excellent job and paid attention to detail when trimming. He accepts Zelle and Venmo. Great communication and friendly service. We would use Mayan again!
