Bottom line, look for another company, or do it yourself. In this day and age a cleaning crew on a home purchase (move out/in cleaning) should be a thorough job, and cover ALL touchable surfaces including the additional items in a contract (appliances, ceiling fans, cobwebs, dusting, bathrooms, cabinets, and baseboards). These surfaces should be clean to the touch, not sticky like the same rag was used from hour one, to completion of the job hour 16. How can you spend 16 hrs on a 1300 square foot house, are you paid by the hour? I been a maintenance man on 53 units ranging from 450-850 square feet and you can clean and paint the entire unit in 16hrs. This cleaning crew worked for a day, then 1/2 day, said he had another job to go to. Wait, what... then came back 2 days later to finish the job. Since I had the keys to the place, I took it upon myself to help out by sweeping and vacuuming all the floors because they were covered in debris this company didn't feel the need to clean up each day. Yep, it was 4 days total to get 40% of a house cleaned how it should have been. Not being able to move into a house that was supposed to be ready the next day when the owner moved out Is very frustrating since you still have to wait for it to be cleaned correctly. We ended up finishing the work ourselves. Not letting photos post. Bummer, because the difference in dirty clean is nasty.
