Matthew is fantastic and very personable! He came out to give me an estimate and the very next day he and Bailey were here promptly at 9am to get to work! My windows were difficult as there were hard water spots that I could never remove on my own but they have the magic touch and I'm super appreciative to now have beautiful, clean & clear windows again - thank you! read more

I highly recommend Just Windows in Prescott, AZ. The owner, Matthew, was quick to respond and was fair with his pricing. He and his daughter arrived early and did an incredibly thorough job on the windows, screens and cleaning out the tracks. He also was conscientious about keeping his mask on when inside the house. My realtor found Matthew online and recommended him to clean my windows. Although my initial conversation was brief and to the point, Matthew was able to give me a quote over the phone for all of the windows; the price also included washing the screens and cleaning out all of the tracks. My realtor says that Matthew did an excellent job and that ALL of the windows sparkled when he was done. My house is currently on the market and clean windows are a must! Thank you, Matthew. Just Windows cleaned the windows and doors in my Prescott home the other day and I am really happy with the results. The owner Matthew runs a top notch business - professional, on time, meticulous attention to detail and very careful with our home and belongings. His adult daughter is his helper and she did a lovely job on the interior and missed nothing - tracks, sills every detail. I will be having them do my regular twice a year cleaning from now on. I was blessed to call on Matt back in 2013 ... I asked him to wash some windows in my apartment, 2nd story, that hadn't been washed before I moved in for many many many years. I was quoted a very very reasonable amount for the ones I couldn't reach, and was sure I would wash the others. After I watched Matt work with fluid, knowledgeable, efficient, cleaning the screens, also, and the SHINE, I asked him to do the others and was barely charged anymore. He wouldn't take the amount that I thought he should have, a gentleman, great energetic spirit, and his word is as good as his work, EXCELLENT !!! TkU Matt... p.s. I am writing this now as I am about to hire Matt of "Just Windows" again, 2016 for I have Our own home with windows I can't reach AND windows that are so dirty from construction. Oh, and those windows washed for in 2013 were still gorgeous when I left the apartment a year later. :D read more

Just Windows is no longer a one-man operation and now includes my y son-in-law, Jesse Dean Smith as lead technician. Training people to clean glass is relatively easy, yet educating them as to how to be invisible in your home takes professional skill. I personally train our employees as professionals. My granddaughters prints were all over them still and she's been gone for a week. Also they missed the tracks in three different Windows. And when I called them to ask them to please come out and redo they said they would be here the next day because they knew I had a party on the following day. They were a no show, no call. It's now 4 days later and still no word. I am a business owner in Prescott and can't believe how they would treat a regular customer let alone any customer. I am leaving this business now for good. My neighbor uses them also and is trying to get them back out to redo his mess from the same day they were here. I never complain but I feel like I need to save somebody the problems I've had.

Bottom line, look for another company, or do it yourself. In this day and age a cleaning crew on a home purchase (move out/in cleaning) should be a thorough job, and cover ALL touchable surfaces including the additional items in a contract (appliances, ceiling fans, cobwebs, dusting, bathrooms, cabinets, and baseboards). These surfaces should be clean to the touch, not sticky like the same rag was used from hour one, to completion of the job hour 16. How can you spend 16 hrs on a 1300 square foot house, are you paid by the hour? I been a maintenance man on 53 units ranging from 450-850 square feet and you can clean and paint the entire unit in 16hrs. This cleaning crew worked for a day, then 1/2 day, said he had another job to go to. Wait, what... then came back 2 days later to finish the job. Since I had the keys to the place, I took it upon myself to help out by sweeping and vacuuming all the floors because they were covered in debris this company didn't feel the need to clean up each day. Yep, it was 4 days total to get 40% of a house cleaned how it should have been. Not being able to move into a house that was supposed to be ready the next day when the owner moved out Is very frustrating since you still have to wait for it to be cleaned correctly. We ended up finishing the work ourselves. Not letting photos post. Bummer, because the difference in dirty clean is nasty.
