I have used this company for three years now and have finally had it. We have two homes on the…read moreproperty and they come out every four months. The first time they had to be called back out was because they forgot the screens, they were filthy. Another time was because they had streak marks on the windows so they had to redo. Now after 3 years I'm done! They were scheduled to do their quarterly job and they totally missed a complete window in the dining room. My granddaughters prints were all over them still and she's been gone for a week. Also they missed the tracks in three different Windows. And when I called them to ask them to please come out and redo they said they would be here the next day because they knew I had a party on the following day. They were a no show, no call. It's now 4 days later and still no word. I am a business owner in Prescott and can't believe how they would treat a regular customer let alone any customer. I am leaving this business now for good. My neighbor uses them also and is trying to get them back out to redo his mess from the same day they were here. I never complain but I feel like I need to save somebody the problems I've had.
