We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

Very disappointing. I hired Cole to replace the flooring in my vacant house. I was given a quote…read moreafter Cole visited my home, and then the price increased by Cole for the same work the week it was scheduled to start. Now living out of state I was forced to agree. The flooring itself looks fair, but there was a lot of damage to my walls, baseboards and trim that was caused by his installers. Also, there was no apparent cleanup afterwards, leaving all of the tile dust stacked up on all of the baseboards. There was urine all over one of the toilets in the house, just left with no regard. Due to the cooler temps in Prescott Valley during the install I told Cole that his crew could adjust the thermostat so that they were comfortable while they were working there, but just to adjust it back when they were done. They left the heat set at 79° in my house for the 4 weeks it took them to complete the job, and then another 2 weeks until I was able to fly back to inspect the work. I relocated my family out of state for various reasons and am selling this home, so having the installers clean up after themselves was critical as I am not able to go and do that for them. Cole was very aware that the home was listed for sale and that it needed to be show ready (which it was BEFORE his crews started), so cleaning up after the installers and repairing any damages incurred during install had to be a priority. I felt the need to fly back to AZ to inspect Cole's work and am incredibly disappointed. Finally, I have requested an invoice for the $16k work performed FIVE different times now and still do not have an invoice for the work, Cole was paid 3 weeks ago at the completion for this work. Extremely disappointed and beware if you are looking for new flooring, look somewhere else. I will be leaving a review on a different platform every day until I receive my invoice. I had received other estimates for this work before hiring Cole's Quality Tile and really wish I had went with a different vendor.

One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. Their installers were above and beyond as was Matt Greenlee. They were more precise in their work. There was also less construction mess than we expected because they had great tools to reduce it. They were conscientious and comfortable to have in our home. They encountered a significant unexpected issue they could have ignored, but they chose to do the right thing even though it delayed the install. Our insurance company confirmed it was a valid issue. This was our second time dealing with Greenlee and we were very happy both times.
