Brian and his wife Crystal stole our money and never did the work cleaning out our dryer vent. Damaged our brand new dryer and refused to return our money. Brian took the screens off the vent and said it was the problem. He lied. The duct is still clogged. And he made it even worse using a water hose and a leaf blower pushing alot of debris back into our new dryer. We are seniors and have fixed incomes as it took us almost 2 years to get a new dryer and less then 10 minutes for Brian to destroy it! ***WE DO NOT RECOMMEND *** And they're unlicensed in the state of Arizona as we found out by filing a complaint with AZROC. read more

Bought some dirty, DIRTY rugs on FB Marketplace and needed them cleaned. Not only were they picked up AND returned to me, they were so clean, they looked almost new! They kept me informed throughout the process and returned them earlier than anticipated. Great job, personable, respectful, and kind! I'll be back soon... read more

Great little family business. Washed and extracted the carpets in my Class A motor coach durning my stay at Camp Verde RV Resort. I can't believe and embarrassed by the all dirt that came out. Definitely worth it. I couldn't have extracted all that myself with a home carpet shampoo machine. Call them and have yours done today. You need to unscrew and move your own furniture read more

Advanced Cleaning Technologies A-Z - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Camp Verde, Arizona

Advance Cleaning Tech cleaned two couches and a number of area rugs. Brian and his son were friendly and professional. There was only one rug where where they could have cleaned a small area more thoroughly. I would have had a better experience had I been a more responsible consumer. It was very expensive and I did not ask them to provide pricing before they started the work. (My mistake!) This was really unforntunatue because it made the experience for me a little sickening. The cost of the cleaning was more than the price of the rugs new. I had all of these cleaned by another company who had been servicing us for several years less than 60 days earlier. Sadly, that person retired. Brian & Co will likely do good work for you, but ask for pricing up front. read more

Great response time and fit me in for an urgent job! lovely family business, fair prices and excellent work. Highly recommend!!

A truly great family business! Crystal was very helpful on the phone and answered my call immediately. She also got me on their schedule for a chimney sweeper very quickly. Brian and his son were very quick and left my fireplace looking very clean! Kind and professional people. Definitely recommend. read more

Wow-just WOW!! My daughter needed her carpets cleaned after living in apartment for 2 years while away at college. We weren't sure that cleaning would even help because of all of the stains she made. Well thanks goodness for Brian at Advanced Cleaning Technologies. He came out this morning and the carpets look brand new! Saved us a ton of money! She just moved to a new apartment so we will be using their services again for sure! read more

I am SO so glad that I ended up scheduling with Advanced Cleaning Tech for my duct cleaning and carpet cleaning! Brian is very professional and friendly and great to work with. He kept me informed about the processes he was going to do after his initial assessment of the situation. He is easy to communicate with, kind, and provides very quality service! He was able to tell me how many pounds of junk he was able to clean out of my ducts and carpets... that's right... POUNDS.. Although I was extremely embarrassed with the condition of my house, there wasn't a second that Brian made me feel embarrassed or judged about the condition, and was very supportive in coming to get the job done, and done right! I have now hired him services at 3 different houses that I care for, and each time I am never short of grateful for the awesome work Brian does! Being able to breathe good quality air inside your own home is priceless, and I am eternally grateful for the work of Advance Cleaning Tech!! This really has made a world of difference. read more

They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. They were honest in letting us know that our stove didn't need a full cleaning at this time and saved us money by doing so. They were respectful and clean and I would definitely recommend them. read more

We were incredibly pleased with the service provided: vent cleaning throughout our home, including the dryer. Brian and his son were responsive, able to schedule us in a timely manner, professional and efficient. They kept us informed every step of the way and even found and repaired a couple of disconnects we wouldn't have otherwise known about. The price was fair and the peace of mind created from knowing our dryer is no longer a fire hazard is unmatched. Highly recommended! read more

If you live in Northern AZ and need your carpet or furniture deep cleaned, search no more - you've found your cleaners! Let me just tell you - we bought a house from the 70's that has never been professionally cleaned and within 45 minutes, everything was smelling like lemons (all natural essential oils) and 1.5 lbs of dirt was removed! I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently Brian and his son worked on our house. They walked us through the process and next steps - it was super easy. I was expecting to have to move a lot of furniture around while they cleaned and they just took care of it, so we could enjoy a late lunch made at home, after driving up from the Valley. Now, we can focus on the remodel. PS: did I mention they threw in an extra sofa chair and cleaned it for free just to be awesome? They also applied a $14 off coupon from the paper (and I didn't even know about it). They've got a customer for life - we'll definitely call them when we need any other services! Thanks Brian! read more

Our carpets look great! Fast and efficient and did a great job. They also cleaned our dryer vent which we really needed. Would definitely recommend. read more

They were very responsive and cleaned out our dryer vent quickly. They kept us in the loop the entire time.

I had them come last year. They did ok just went through my home in just minutes. This time the same thing. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes. I had to get them back to redo a couple of areas. One they didn't do at all. Never again. read more

Brian took the time to show me the process from start to finish. He cleaned my chimney and showed pictures of how clogged it was and also cleaned my clothes dryer vent. Again he showed me the results. He was on time, had great communication and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for this service. read more

Brian arrived on time to clean our carpets. We changed which rooms/rugs we wanted done and he rolled with it. He was able to remove a few stains and applied a Teflon treatment which we hope will cut down on future stains at our rental property. Reasonably priced, and offers a variety of related services. Highly recommend! read more

First time having my Air Ducts cleaned since taking over ownership. Advanced Cleaning Technologies did a fabulous job in little over an hour. The owner, Brian, walked me through the process and gave me frequent updates. I was amazed and appalled at what was found in the ducts, also my dryer vent. After cleaning, the ducts were sanitized using a lemon scent which was very much appreciated. Reasonable pricing, (received a quote prior to booking), confirmation on day, time and eta via a text and excellent, personal service. I highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Technologies. read more

A - Z was very responsive the first contact was made. We discussed pricing and picked a date. He called and let us know he would be a few minutes late due to road construction traffic. He spent about 90 minutes cleaning our dryer vent and all the other vents in the house. When he showed us what he pulled out of our vents, we were amazed! A work glove, construction materials, and lots of other strange things. Obviously the vents had never been cleaned in our 23 year old house. So glad we did this. Would definitely use them again, but probably won't need to for several years now. read more

How refreshing to have a company present as advertised. Family owned. Professional, courteous, organized. Oh, yes the dryer vent too, of course. Handfull of old turds and furballs. Thank you for your expertise. Your perfect performance is much appreciated. But hold on... Brian feels that his expertise is worth over $600/hour. You decide. read more

Very family oriented company, love it. They were extremely quick to respond and set up an appointment. They were also quick to answer any questions we had about their provided services. They came and were in and out with no fuss at all; and they stuck to their quoated pricing even though I misjudged the size of our rug. They were extremely thorough. Would highly recommend of you are looking for a responsible and honest service. read more

Fantastic service! Our new puppy had some accidents on our couches, carpet and tiling (which needed a deep clean and re-sealing anyways) so we scheduled an appointment with Advanced Cleaning Technologies. Not only did they show up early, and finish quicker than expected, but they added an extra coat of sealant and cleaned more of our carpets than expected! Our tile looks fantastic and no longer absorbs water like a sponge. Couches and carpet look brand new! We'll be using them to clean our gutters as well! Highly recommended to anyone in the VV! read more

Brian did a great job cleaning our airducts and dryer vents! I had no idea how bad they were and how much dirt was being stirred up in our house until seeing the dirt for myself - yuck! These guys are awesome! They let you know when they are on their way to your home and then when they get there they get right to work. Highly recommend these guys! read more

I found this business via Angi - had submitted a request for 3 options. This business owner, Brian, called me immediately on a Sunday morning, provided a no-hassle quote. The services provided were top notch and this was not an easy job as the tenants left quite the "project" to manage. Brian was prompt, professional, and communicative. I'm beyond pleased with the final outcome and overall service. Highly recommend. read more

Local Business that exceeds expectations on customer service, promptness, quality, at a phenomenal price. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to support a local business, at a fraction of the price of Stanley Steamer. I felt very safe with this business in my house. If you are looking for quality work, look no further. Edit: Advanced Cleaning came out to our house again today, and same story five stars! A whole 2.3 pounds of nastiness in our filters removed.
