So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass. There isn't anything else that needs replacing for the love of God. Absolute worst, no F given Attitude today from BMW before I went through insurance to just deal with it through BMW. I ended up going to BMW directly to my service advisor and all they could tell me is like I should leave the car and we'll get a technician to give an estimate 24 hours later One more thing if you look at the reviews on yelp, they only have 3.5 stars I can see why but I would say it's a one star shop

I was told they charge $165 per hour and that includes drive time so they are in Prescott and I in PV, making it very expensive. Out of three other plumbing companies, Jesse from Burgie's was the only one that actually took the BTU rating from each of my gas appliances and calculated the total gas demand to determine whether or not my home had sufficient supply to accomidate another gas appliance. Jesse performed the installation, pressure tested the complete gas circuit which passed inspection the first time. We had to move a water heater and install a water softener in our home. Travis and Jessie came out to do this project which took all day to complete. These two were well versed on local plumbing codes, very familiar with the products installed and liked to follow "old school" procedures. I found them to be amongst the very few plumbers who still know how to sweat solder copper piping and finish the joints properly. They weren't the cheapest plumber in town, but the quality, craftsmanship and honesty was unsurpassed! We were lucky enough to have Burgie's do the project for us.
