Ultimately they wanted to install a new $25,000 AC unit and would clean the ducts for "free". The second company that came out, name starts with "F", and that's what they wanted to do. We didn't even let the guy finish the inspection to get a quote because he too wanted to upsell us. We then called Gesundheit. Mr. Barker gave a quote over the phone based on the number of vents in the house. Added cleaning the dryer vent for an additional $129. The two guys that came out did a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning up after the job was done. They took care to treat our home with respect as they performed their job. The ServiceMaster of Prescott team came to the rescue within a few hours after a shocking hidden water leak and mold discovery in the kitchen. I spoke with their very kind owner, Eppie. He assigned Jeremey his head Service Technician to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team - David, Harrison, Roy and Zach arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation. Harrison and their Project Manager David were incredibly helpful and meticulous on the project work. They communicated updates, addressed questions and notified me before entering, leaving, and securing the house. The entire crew was on time, polite, compassionate, and respectful of my property. The home office administrative staff equally matched the mitigation and restoration crew's stellar service. It was a joy to work with Beth and Karen in the office. They dialed in the billing and scheduling seamlessly. An Operations Manager from Enviro Check Phoenix was scheduled by ServiceMaster to conduct the final mold analysis...and my kitchen passed right away! I told Beth even though the situation was upsetting, working with her and ServiceMaster Prescott made it a much easier experience! Everyone was extremely supportive from start to finish. I'm SO thankful I called this company, it is worth the investment and peace of mind. Thank you TEAM!

It's a busy time of year, but they put us on the schedule for a few days later. To be honest, we were expecting to hear a sales pitch for a new system. We were very pleased when Eric cleaned our system and showed us that the only issue was that the run capacitor on the compressor was struggling. Eric replaced it and added a "hard start kit" to reduce strain and power consumption during startup. Overall, he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. There was no effort to "upsell us." The system has been working great ever since.
