There are very few heating & cooling companies with the exacting and ethical standards of this company. We were at the Grand Canyon in cold temperatures when the Aquahot heating system in our rig (motorhome) went out. Rob, the owner of Comfort Pro, is a certified Aquahot technician, and was on the list of authorized service centers. We arrived in Prescott on a Friday afternoon, and Rob worked tirelessly to get our heater up and running. He also identified a number of problems that would require correction in the long term. We made another appointment with Comfort Pro to have our system completely serviced. The long and the short of it was that it turned out that we had gotten a "lemon" Aquahot unit, and needed a replacement. Rob worked with us to order the unit and when it came in he cleared an entire day for us to install it. We arrived at 09:00 a.m., and with the exception of a short break for lunch and the bathroom, Rob worked until 20:30 p.m. on the install, and he serviced and fine tuned the heater, insuring that it worked properly. He also gave us a hands on class on how to maintain the unit and what to do in case the unit failed to function properly in the future. From that class alone we were able to tell that Rob knows his stuff and he is a top-notch technichian who understands his craft and takes pride in his work and doing it right the first time. Rob really went above and beyond, when he gave us a list of the proper tools we need, a spare fuel nozzle and some antifreeze. We highly recommend Comfort Pro based on our experience and if South Dakota was not so far from Prescott, AZ, we'd hire Rob, who truly cares about his customers, in a heartbeat to install a new HVAC system in our house. read more

Rob and his crew did a FANTASTIC job with my home. He recommended a split system and replaced my swamp cooler with a dual stage HVAC Trane system. My power bill increased only $40.00 a month to keep my home between 64° - 66°. I'm saving much more than that on my water bill due to removing the swamp cooler. Due to being a retrofit install, some of the vents were too small, a few additional runs were needed and several adjustments were made that were not in the estimate. Rob and his crew made all the adjustments happen to my satisfaction and still came in UNDER his bid. How many contractors do you know that do that. I am very impressed with Comfort Pro and highly recommend them. They came to my house to install a thermostat. While at the house they completed an inspection of the furnace and found a significant issue. They uncovered an issue that could have been deadly. They were able to complete the installation of a new unit very quickly. The team that completed the install were incredibly professional, including wearing booties on their feet to avoid tracking in any dirt. The Comfort Pro owner Rob is great to work with. After contacting Honeywell due to a thermostat issue in our newly purchased home in Prescott in 2011 they replaced the existing units and assigned Comfort Pro to do the work. Rob and his team did an outstanding job and discovered other issues due to faulty installation. EVERY INCH of our units was checked and tested. Some corrective rewiring had to be done. Had an issue recently due to a power surge. Sean came out and was very competent, and not only repaired the problem but went through the entire system to help avert any other issues.
