I'm so happy to have discovered a terrific plumber in our neck of the woods. Our water heater was acting up, and I scanned Yelp for a small local plumbing business. I'm so happy that I came across Chris's Plumbing. I left a message over the weekend, and they got right back to me on Monday morning. Amber, Chris's wife, scheduled a time that morning, and Chris arrived on-time, immediately offering to put on rubber boots over his work boots so as not to track anything into the house. Chris immediately assessed our problem, and started a search for replacement parts. It turned out that the parts were not immediately available. Our unit was older, and we didn't want to wait to start taking warm showers again. Chris presented us with two brands of water heaters he recommended, and we chose the US-made Bradford White brand for a few bucks more. Chris gave me a full written estimate for the heater and installation. Since we're on propane, and live at altitude, Chris had to pick up the specific model of water heater from Phoenix. He drove there the same day (awesome service!) and installed it the next morning. It was a lot of work to install in our setup incorporating the hot water recirculating pump. " Chris' Plumbing Was Awesome " My wife and I just purchased a new house in Beaumont California and found out the the water drip system pipe which was over 2 feet under the ground, and attached to the main water pipe line was leaking. We called Chris Maldonado at Chris' Plumbing in Beaumont to come out and look at the problem. When Chris arrived at our house he had a Great personality. He was very nice as he explained in detail, and answered all of our question about the leaking pipe. Chris took his time and very carefully dug a deep hole, and made sure the mud did not get on our expensive decorative rocks. He then cut and glued the old and new pipe and did something I have never seen people do before. He actually waited over 30 minutes before turning the water back on to test the pipe and repairs, and to make sure everything was OK. Sean and Joe came out to help with my mother's clogged sink. Sean immediately did something no one else had that came out to look at the clog. He removed and looked at the auto vent under the sink. He tested the sink and diagnosed that as the issue, which made so much sense after learning about what it did. I asked about having the old glued pipes replaced and he gave me a price for everything that was unbelievably fantastic. I had another plumber come out and without testing the drain or auto vent I was quoted $340 to only snake the drain since there was no clean out. I am so glad I said no and did more research and found Chris' Plumbing. The were able to do all the work I needed for MUCH LESS than the quote from the other company. I of course said yes lets get this done. They had to go get the auto vent as they didn't have one with them and were gone maybe 15 minutes. They replaced the pipes in record time and also snaked the drain and my mother has a perfectly functioning kitchen sink once again. Next time I need a plumber my first call will be Chris'. read more

I had a backed up kitchen sink that I had tried to unclog myself last night. Overnight treatment didn't work and I needed a professional. From Hayley who handled the scheduling, to the technician Sean who cleared my drain, service was excellent. Hayley scheduled for a 10-12 PM time frame but called back to advise an earlier job was finished early and a tech could be here in a half hour. Sean was very polite and used care in getting the job done. He even sprayed down the side of my house where he cleared the drain so my 2 pups wouldn't get into any of the chemicals that I had used in the sink the night before. The gal who took my call was very friendly and set me up for service. Monday service guy showed up on time very friendly and helpful did his job, and returned at the time he was supposed to in the afternoon. Very happy with the service. Service professional very knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely would recommend this company. They do what they say they're going to and are on time. They do seem to be a little high on the price but don't let that sway you. They are up front with the price and don't try to charge you for extras when they are at your house.
